Some people say that living in a big city was stressful, but I found it kind of relaxing, and I haven't changed my mind since I moved here, 4 months ago I had moved to Seoul and I had made one of my dreams come true, I opened a café. The place itself was pretty popular amongst locals, but it was located on one of the busiest streets in the city and for me to get there it was either taking the bus or walking.

As I wasn't faced by the hustling of the city, I decided to walk to work. My apartment is fifteen minutes away from the café, and now that I've been here for a while, it's easier to get there without getting lost.

As I approached my workplace and pulled out the keys I noticed someone standing in front of it, I got closer and realised it was a guy, he was shivering and jumping up and down slightly to keep himself warm in the middle of the winter.

"Mm, excuse me? Are you alright?" I asked him looking at him.

"Yeah, yeah, is this your café?" He said looking at the place with pleading eyes.
I nodded while opening the door to it and watched him run inside the café to warm himself.

"I've been waiting outside for 30 minutes" He said still shivering.

I went behind the counter to get my apron. "We open at 8" I said while arranging the counter.

"At 8?! But I thought you guys opened at 7:30, that's why I got here so early!" He looked at me like I was crazy.

"Well you clearly didn't read the sign at the door that says we open at 8 on Fridays" I laughed a little bit at his quizzical expression when he noticed that there was a sign at the door.

"Oh, I must have missed that tiny detail" He took a deep breath and then approached the counter. "Well, I guess I should order something" He laughed nervously.

I looked at him from behind the cash register and admired his features, he had a sharp yaw line and high cheekbones, I'd be lying if I said that this guy was ugly.

He took his time looking at the menu and the turned to me "What should I order?"

"My personal favourite is the Mocha or maybe Café miel" I said while looking behind me at the menu, when I turned around he was already looking at me.

"Café miel sounds good!" He said with a bright smile and I wonder how can someone smile so brightly even after they almost froze to death outside a café.

Fifteen minutes have passed since I served Jimin his coffee, he told me his name after he explained to me why he was waiting outside, apparently he heard we had the best coffee in the city and because of that he assumed the café would be crowded and he didn't want to wait in line.

It was already 8:45 when the place started filling up with people, 30 minutes ago,  Jess, who's a waiter here at the café, arrived and immediately started serving tables. Usually fridays were our busiest days and that's why we open 30 minutes later than usual.

As I was cleaning one of the tables I saw someone come in and approach Jimin, the guy sat down and for some strange reason my eyes stayed glued to him, when he turned around and took a seat, I got to see his face properly, he was smiling at something Jimin said and I got a glimpse of a peculiar grin.

I shook my head and continued doing my job, trying to forget about the guy with the cute smile.
