Prologue

"Look, mommy! Look what I found!" A young boy called out to his mother. "What is it, dear?" A young lady with hazel eyes rushed over to the boy. "It's a strange rock!" "I wonder what it is...?" the mom came over to pick up the strange stone. It was some kind off tablet with a mysterious hand print mark on it. The curious boy immediately placed his hand on it. There was a blinding flash, and when the light cleared up, the mom was gasping. "C-Cooper, what did you just do!?" Cooper looked at her funny and smiled. One single word came out of the boy's mouth before he turned around and left. "Magic," Cooper said. "W-What do you mean?" Said the mum, confused. Then, Cooper found another weird thing, once again calling for his mum. "Mommy! I found another thing!" The boy's mom sighed. "What is it now, Cooper?" In Cooper's hands lay a stone exactly like the first one, but this stone tablet was pitch black, with a faint glow like the moon. "Wait, what? Don't you dare-" The boy again attempted to touch it, but his mom, Rose, stopped him. "Oh, no you don't!" Rose said sternly, grabbing the dark stone. Cooper burst into tears, wailing like a siren. "Alright, alright." Rose passed it back. Cooper's tantrum quickly turned to squeals of delight. The boy touched it. Ugh, what a curious boy! TOO curious, Rose thought. But with instinct she backed off, afraid of what might happen next. Nothing. "Phew," Rose sighed in relief. But she spoke to soon. Seconds later, an even bigger flash, darker than dark could be, engulfed her son in a black cloud of darkness. Rose screamed. "Cooper! NO!" She ran frantically towards Cooper, but a dark force pushed her back. Suddenly, Cooper transformed into a dark dragon. Long, snarling teeth grew from his mouth, drenched with blood. His eyes were pitch black, and he had a long black tail covered in dark scales. It growled proudly. "I am the Dark Dragon!" it roared. The Dark Dragon eyed Rose, licking its chops. "COOPER!" Rose ran down the street, terrified. Once again the mighty dragon roared forcefully, and soon the neighborhood was engulfed with darkness. A strange portal appeared; dark as the midnight sky with specks of stars scattered around it, complete with a ghostly full moon. The Dark Dragon leapt into the dark void. Soon he found himself in a world of endless darkness. "I am the Dark Dragon!" It thundered fiercely. It focused itself, and a dark aura started to form around the dragon. Soon, in front of it stood a dark wolf, along with a phoenix that spat out what's called "Dark Fire". "And soon, I shall engulf the universe in darkness, and then the world shall perish!" It sneered. "Phoenix of Dark Fire, and Wolf of Darkness, I command you to find the next Chosen Ones... And kill them!" The Dark Dragon bellowed, sending the dark creatures off to the over world to murder the next Chosen Ones. "Ah, yes. The world shall perish!" The dragon growled. "And so will the Chosen Ones!"
