Welp this is my first story so bear with it XD. I don't own any Naruto Characters, i only own Akane Tsuki. If there are any grammatical errors, please do comment, im really not good in english. It was a sunny morning when the Hyuga's travelled to the land of waterfalls. Along with 8 years old Neji Hyuga with his father and the branch family.

The entrance to the village is through a waterfall and underwater tunnels making it very well defended. The village lies beneath a great oak on the edge of the lake the main source of power and protection of the village. The tree produces an elixir called the "hero water" that gives witholding power of chakra. Once they arrived at the place, they were greeted by the Tsuki clan. The Tsuki's and Hyuga's are known for their strong bonds. The Tsuki are known for their ability to control the elixir's powers. The tsuki's could fight and protect their village without any rest. Bandits from other villages tried to find the secrets of the Tsuki's power but end up failing. The hidden waterfalls also has strong shinobi's to protect the secrets they withhold but due to the size and remote village they don't have a kage unlike the other villages, but they have a leader called the "Hero of the hidden falls" handles only the basic tasks and does not qualify as a greater shinobi often relying help by their allies at the Konoha Village which is the Hyuga.

Masashi Tsuki the head of the Tsuki clan and the leader of the hidden falls immediately shook hands and hugged Hizashi Hyuga, to which Neji chuckled.

"Hizashi! Its been awhile! Oh, is this your son?" Masashi looked at Neji with a smile on his face. Masashi is a tall man, brown haired and green eyes, wearing glasses and a green with lining kimono down to his feet.  Judging by his looks, he looked so warm and welcoming to which Neji smiled back.

"Ahh yes. My first born son. Neji, introduce yourself." As Hizashi pats on Neji's back.

"Good morning Lord Tsuki. Im Neji Hyuga. How are you?" neji looked at Masashi with a smile.

"Uncle Masashi is fine my boy. You should neet my daughter Akane so that you could be friends with her." Masashi led them inside the Tsuki Mansion. To which Neji was amazed for how big it was.

"There you are Akane!" Said masashi, "Father!" As akane ran to her father giving him a hug.

Akane has short brown hair wearing pins along her bangs and bright green eyes. She wore a green kimono with no sleeves, ending along her knees.

"Akane, i would want you to meet someone." as here green eyes sparkled.

"Akane, this is Neji son of Hizashi Hyuga." Akane gave neji a grin.

"Hello neji! Wanna play with me? I could give you a tour in our mansion! And then play hide and seek!" Akane said excitedly as she grabbed Neji's hands.

"Ohh. That sounds fun!" Replied neji looking at his father, "Can i play with akane father?" Hizashi nodded.

"Okay, you two now play while we discuss some important matters. Akane, Neji. Dont go to far okay?"
As masashi patted on Akane and Neji's heads.

The two ran along outside while holding each others hands.

"You know, the two look cute with each other, aren't they?" Said Masashi as they chuckled.

"Yes they do. Im thinking the same way."

At the Garden of Tsuki mansion

"Neji, why do you have a bandage on your forehead?"

"Ow this?" Pointing on his forehead. "This is the curse mark of the hyuga, every branch of the family has it, so that when we die, the secrets of the hyuga won't be known." Giving a side smile.

"Oww. Well. Neji! Its time for you to find me! Turn back and no peeking!" Akane hid behind the huge tree.

"Okay! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10! Ready your not here I come!" Neji ran to find Tsuki behind the tree.

"Found you! Now its your turn to find me akane!"

"Noooo your cheating." As akane pouted.

"Am not! Got any other games to play akane?"

"Hmmmmm. Ive got none. Lets take some rest instead Neji. Im tireeeed!" As she laid down and looked at sky. Neji as well laid down beside her.

"Hey Neji." Akane stared at the blue sky.

"Yes Akane?" Looking at akane,

"Would you want to marry me?"

Neji turned light red then exclaimed, " wha-what do you mean akane? Were too young for those things."

Akane frowned then looked at neji's lavender eyes, "im asking if you want to marry me?! I know were too young neji but youre my friend. I heard father talking to someone that he wants to arrange a marriage for me to a person i dont even know."

Neji felt akane's sadness, " thats horrible. Well, if you ask me i would marry you!"

Akane gave a big smile, "you will?"

"Of course! If that'll make you happy akane!" Giving back a smile.

"Thanks neji!" As akane's cheek turned light pink. "Neji! We should head back now. Father might be looking for us now" as she smiles and gets up pulling neji as well.

The two ran together holding each others hands to the mansion.

At Hyuga and Tsuki clan meeting

"To strengthen Hyuga and Tsuki bonds, i was thinking for our firstborn child to be married. Once they settled and had a child, they could a produce a very strong shinobi, with the power of Hyuga and also the childs ability to weild an outstanding amount of chakra." Masashi explained.

Hizashi nodded, "Yes. But with great power comes great responsibility. I'll make sure to train Neji everything about the power of the Hyuga so that he could pass it on his future generation. Our future grandchild, of course."

Masashi chuckled,"Ah yes. I would also train Akane to master the elixirs power. Im pretty sure they'll get along pretty well. Once they reach the age of 18, that is when they will settle down." Sipping on his cup of tea.

Once the alliance ended they shook hands.

Akane and Neji bursting on the door panting, "Father! Is your meeting done? I have something important to tell you!"

Akane excitedly said gripping on her fathers hands.

"Did you two enjoyed your time?" Hizashi asked.

"Yes we did father. Its really fun playing with akane. Though im tired father" neji panting and walked to Hizashi.

Enjoyed seeing the two going well, "Okay Akane slow down my flower. What is it you want to tell me?"

"I wanna marry Neji father!" Giving a slight pink tint on her cheeks. Neji as well felt shy.

Masashi giving a small chuckle at Akane,"In time my flower, but we have to wait okay?"

Her eyes sparkled with a sweet smile,"Yes father! You heard that Neji we're going to get married!"

As she looked at neji with turning red.

Hizashi and masashi laughed.

"Hizashi. Please stay here for the night. We're going to have a celebration!" Said masashi excitedly

"Everything sure is falling into right place" as Hizashi scratches the back of his head.

The Hyuga and Tsuki held a night of celebration for the stronghold of their alliance.
