[ BatiM ] Bendy x Reader - Untold Secrets.

Prologue.

My eyes opened slightly. I huffed, "hnggggggg," I shoved my face back into my pillow to avoid the sunlight peaking from my window. Almost back asleep, *BRINGGG* I flinched to the sudden alarm. "Damnit, Monday?" I looked up to my bedside table, reaching and grabbing my phone. Flipping it over to see the time and day. "Great! Y/N! It is Monday!" I sat up in bed, disappointed. Sitting for a few minutes letting my brain wake up, I checked my favorite mobile game and made sure everything was in order. 'Might as well get ready now,' I sighed, stepping out of bed and looking into the mirror. "Let's not be late to work today, Y/N"

I had finished my shower and had gotten dressed; grabbing my phone I walked downstairs. Walking to the kitchen I lazily grabbed the milk and my favorite cereal. Pouring myself a bowl, I sat down at the table to eat. I looked at the time. "Great, I might be early today." Seeing I still had quite some time, and the drive isn't very far. Finishing my cereal, I washed out my bowl and made sure I had everything. 'Phone... Keys.... Bag..' I was sure I was prepared. With my stuff, I was about to leave the house, but when I opened the door, a letter fell to the ground. "Huh.. Usually, they're in the mail box..." This envelope was very tattered and messy too. There wasn't an address, just a 'to Henry' I should really wait until he gets back from camping... screw it. I opened the letter.

"Dear Henry,

It seems like a lifetime since we worked on cartoons together. 10 years really do slip by, don't they? If you're in town, come and visit the old workshop. There's something I need to show you.

Your best pal, Joey Drew"

I was in shock. 'D-dad? That's not possible..' I locked the door behind me and started to head towards my truck, still looking down at the letter. I hopped in and started the vehicle. I looked at the time, "Shit," I stuffed the letter into my bag and started to drive to work.

I got there just in time. "Close call, Y/N!" I looked over to one of my co-workers behind the desk. "yeah, Mitch. speak for yourself." dramatically, she put her hand on her forehead and pretended to faint, "Y/N, how could you accuse me! Mitch! Your best friend!" I laughed, "This is why you were the best in drama," They bowed, "Thank you, Thank you, Now get to your place, you know he won't be happy with you late again." I shrugged and made my way to the booth. The movies opened soon, and everything had to be in order. Though, I couldn't stop thinking about the letter. 'Was it just some stupid prank? What if-'

"Y/N!" I was snapped out of my thoughts when my manager came over. "Oh, uhh, sorry," I mumbled. "You need to stay on task today, two new movies are out- it's going to be a busy day," I sighed quietly, "Yes sir."

My mind still drifted through. 'that letter...' I couldn't stop thinking about it. 'That's it, tonight I'm going to see if this means anything or not.'
