"MAYA! Ppali! VIXX is here!!" My bestfriend, Lisa, shouted while watching TV. "WAIT!" sigaw ko habang inaayos yung sarili ko. Tumakbo rin ako pababa ng hagdan nang matapos ako. "Hyuk is so cute~!" I glared at her. "He's mine." I sternly told her as she laughed. "I was just kidding! Of course, I still love Leo."
*Ding!* [Kim-hyeongsa! We have a new case. We need you here ASAP!] binasa ko ang text ng team chief namin. "Shit. Lisa, I'll go now. Lock the doors!" I said as I rushed to get my keys. "Take care!" She shouted from the window. I ran to my car and rushed to the police station.
There was a current murder case I'm working on with our team. Oh, right.. I haven't introduced myself, yet. Maya Kim of Gangnam Police Station's Investigative Crime Unit. There was no reason for me to be a police. I dreamt of it since I was in Junior High School. If you thought I chose this because of revenge, you watch dramas too much.
"Oh, here comes the princess!" My enemy, Adrian, sarcastically said. "What now, Asshole?" Oh, God. Here he goes again. Before he opens his mouth, I walked to our unit. Leaving him pissed. +1 point for me. "Kim-hyeongsa!" I ran to them and they passed me some files. "I'll go on to the crime scene." I said and ran back to my car.
It smells so bad in here and blood is dripping everywhere. The police were investigating and one of them were talking to me. He pointed the witnesses and I walked to them. "What time was the murder held?" We went through the interview on and on.
"Oh-hyeongsa, please check the footages of the CCTV in the following places.." I told my partner. I'm the only girl in this team, but they treat me like one of the boys. Casual things.

We were done for the day and it was a LONG day. "Lisa!" I shouted from the stairs and she went out of her room. "I'm hungry! Let's eat outside?" She nodded and I went to my car.
"Yah, how was your day?" She asked. "It was a VERY long day, Lisa.. I swear that murderer really needs to show up right now, so I can calm my shit." She laughed at what i said. "Even in CCTVs, hindi ko sila makita!" Nagkwentuhan lang kami ng nagkwentuhan hanggang sa may nakita kaming nearby korean resto.
Pagkatapos ko mag-order, kumain kami ng jjajangmyeon and watched a tv show. Of course, VIXX is on TV again. "Ahjumma! Can we have 4 bottles of Soju, please?" "Ne!" The waitress immediately gave us 4 bottles of soju and 2 glasses. "Kamsahamnida!" Sinabi namin at uminom. "Ya, bakit bigla bigla ka nanamang umiinom? Iniwan ka nanaman ng boyfriend mo?" She laughed at me and drank the soju in one shot. "No, of course not. I'm happy because I'll get to meet him tomorrow again~!" Excited niyang sinabi. "Sino ba kasi yan? Kahit kailan hindi ko na-meet yan, ah. Baka kriminal yan kaya hindi mo pinapakita sa akin?" Paghinala ko. "He's more than a criminal. But he's not a bad guy, I promise." I rolled my eyes. "So when will I get to meet him?" I impatiently. "Malapit na, I promise." She said while I was drinking my glass of soju.
"Maya~ I'll tell you a secret~!" Sinabi ni Lisa na lasing na lasing na habang naglalakad papunta sa kotse. Inalalayan ko siya at binayaran ko yung pagkain namin. I put my wallet in my pocket and ran into 6 tall guys. Nakasuot sila ng mask at cap papunta sa resto. Shit. They look like gangsters.
I ran to my car and started it. Even if I am a police, I can't just go around and arrest them. Hindi ko naman sila kilala in the first place, and they're too many. "So, what's the secret?" Tinanong ko si Lisa. Tumawa naman siya at binuka yung bibig niya. "Jung Taekwoon is my boyfriend~" she danced. "Assumera! Kaya pala hindi ko mameet kasi imagination lang pala yung boyfriend mo, bwiset ka." Sinabi ko sa kanya. "I swear, it's true!" She looked at me. "Yeah, right." I said sarcastically.
"Sa tingin mo ba lasing ako?" Sinabi niya habang bumababa sa kotse. Pagewang-gewang na yung paglalakad niya and she still insisted that she's not drunk. "Sa apat na bote ng soju na ininom mo, ganyan ka na maglakad?" Sinabi ko sa kanya at she glared at me with her sleepy face. Binuksan ko yung pinto ng bahay at nilagay si Lisa sa kwarto niya. I went for a shower and fell asleep after.
