This is why you shouldn't drop fucking spoilers.
Yeah, I know we're all Narutards but not all of us have completely caught up in the manga or the anime for that matter! Why do you post the latest spoiler as your status or a message shout out to all your followers? That's just a huge arrow to the hearts of the people who aren't there yet.
When I was watching the anime and hadn't read ANY of the Narto manga, about 3-4 people I followed had posted either as their status or as a message shout out to their followers, about Neji's death. I was so sick and tired of these spoilers that I went to the manga to catch up. Ya know what I felt when I read about his death?
Nothing. I didn't cry, nor did I feel bad. I was bored pretty much. That's because those people had ruined it for me. At the end of that chapter I wanted to cry because for once, I didn't feel any emotion while reading or watching Naruto. Emotion is a BIG thing for me! Usually I have to force tears out if I think something is sad, because I don't fully understand emotions.
But not during Naruto. Tears flow like the river when it comes to that anime, because it's truly special to me. So I tried to fix this situation by catching up in the manga all the way through. Ya know what happened? Someone who knows a website where all the Naruto spoilers are just dropped a bomb shell on me. Another death. I'm not saying who because I'm not someone to hand out spoilers.
Do you know what's the biggest let down of a spoiler? Misashi Kishimoto is truly an inspirational person. His words and lessons are shown through Naruto and his other characters as well. He wants us to laugh, to cry, to feel something special through all his hard work. When we read spoilers and then feel nothing when we read the manga or watch the anime, that's like taking all of Mr. Kishimoto's work and taking a big shit on it.
When you feel nothing when you look at someone's art work, that's truly insulting. Think about how many followers you'll loose if you continue spoiling things. How many friends will stop talking to you until the series is over and then never want to share an interest in the same anime with you again? It's fine to talk about the show if the other person has seen it, or even spoil it for someone who doesn't watch or even like Naruto.
I spoil Naruto for my siblings all the time because 1. I like to talk about it. And 2. They're just plain not interested in the show. Well maybe my brother is a little, but he asks for spoilers, he doesn't watch or read it. I know some of you like to add those spoilers to your stories, and that's fine! Just put in bold letters (so someone notices it) right before the part with the spoiler, saying something like: WARNING!: If you haven't read the newest chapter of Naruto then this will contain spoilers. People are grateful for that because it means they should wait until their caught up to understand your story better.
This one girl did that in one of the stories I read and I was really grateful! That moment wasn't ruined for me because she stopped herself from spoiling for me, for all her readers. In my stories, if I wanna put something in the latest episodes of Naruto into my story, I still warn people, because they might not of seen those episodes yet.
All I'm saying is, please be more careful the next time you decide to throw out a spoiler, and I consider it to be a spoiler if it's in the manga but not the anime because again, some people haven't read the manga. Please be more considerate to other people's feelings and Misashi Kishimoto's work.
If you don't, well.... I just hope your prepared for the karma heading your way. I mean how would you feel if someone spoiled a part in an anime you haven't read or seen yet? Then you go to do it and you don't even feel like watching it anymore. I think that's the sadest part.
So please, DON'T SPOIL THINGS FOR PEOPLE and if you do in a story or something then at least, WARN PEOPLE SO THEY DON'T WANNA SKIN YOU ALIVE!
