"Need help?" He heard startling him. Slowly, he turned around to come face to face with a familiar girl- Grace Vanderwaal. A girl who he used to go to school with. He nodded his head then held up the small tube of lipstick.

"I'm looking for a gift for my, um, girlfriend." He stuttered. The girl shook her head then grabbed the lipstick. "This is a strawberry one, its new and limited edition. I think she'll like it." Finn nodded his head and thanked her as she handed it back.

He slowly braced himself before looking at the price tag. '$49.99' the price tag read. His eyes quickly widened. Who would buy lipstick that cost $50?

Knowing he didn't have near as much money as the lipstick costed, he slowly slid it into one of his pockets. His eyes were squeezed shut not believing what he was doing. He gulped as he looked around to make sure no one saw him.

Slowly and causally, he started to exit the store. No one seemed to suspect a thing. Everything was going good until the exit. That's where his plan went down hill.

"Stop!" He heard from behind him. "You have to pay for that!" They yelled over the alarm system. Not turning back, he ran. He could hear the sound of footsteps from behind that only encouraged him to go faster.

He didn't stop until he recognized the area he was in- Millie's. "Perfect timing." He whispered in between breaths. "Perfect timing."

"Mills someone's at the door for you!" Maddie called from downstairs. I sighed then sat my phone down.

Please don't be Sadie.

I started to walk down the stairs only to hear a the sound of laughter from a more feminine voice.

Please don't be Sadie.

The closer and closer I got, the more anxious I grew.

Please don't be Sadie.

I saw Maddie standing there with a smile on her face. Thank God that was Maddie's laughter. As soon as our eyes met, she seemed to have made up a phoney excuse to give us some alone time.

I opened the door wider to have my smile expand. There stood the one person I wanted to see the most; Finn Wolfhard. He had a dumb smirk plastered onto his face as I gave him a hug.

"Let's go to the living room." I suggested. He nodded then followed my lead. Flopping onto my couch, he said, "I got you something." My smile grew wider as he handed me the bag. It had a little white bow tied to the handles of  the bag.

Slowly I started to open the present. I slowly took out the dollar store tissue paper first, wanting to save it. As I got to the bottom, I noticed a black tube. It took me a second before my eyes lit up. There laid a tube of lipstick from my favourite store.

The smile on my face reached from ear to ear as I picked it up. There was only one odd thing about it- the security tag was still on it. I looked over to Finn who had a nervous look plastered to his face. "Did the staff not take off the tag?" I asked confused. His smile that once was there, slowly faded away.

"Um about that," he stuttered. "They do, when you pay for it-" before he could finish, my eyes shot wide open and I dropped the tube of lipstick on the couch. "You stole it?" I half yelled in disbelief. He looked at me the scratched the back of his neck. "I um, yeah?"

"Finn!" I said as I stood up. He did the same thing but with a nervous expression.

"It's okay!" He said quickly.

"You could have been arrested!"

"But I wasn't." He said with a smile on his face as if he had just done something right.

"I can't-"

"You will."

"I can't f-"

Before I could finish, his soft lips came crashing into mine shutting me up. I couldn't resist the feeling giving me the urge to kiss back. Our lips moved in sync with each others.

Slowly pulling away, he tucked a piece of lose hair behind my ear. Our foreheads still touching, he said, "you will keep it, miss heartbreaker."

That was lame.
Anyways, hope you liked it

Sad news, there will be no updates next week. I'm going on vacation to the beach and I don't think there will be wifi:((
