《Lottie's POV》
It's been almost a minute and our eyes are still locked. He was even more beautiful in person. My legs turned to jelly as I watched him. I couldn't move.
We were two souls colliding.
Then his eyes left mine because the body guards that surround him told him to go to the table with Keanu. I saw a slight pout on his face.
It a part of me was gone when his eyes left, almost like something was missing. I felt connected to him some how.
I quickly walk into line, my legs shaking as I moved. Isadora and Nancy followed me, not even questioning my actions. I heard them squeal and talk about River. I don't even care what they have to say. I let my thoughts take control.
Four more people in front of me. Four more. Four more bodies til I'm with him. The line got less and less until I was there, facing River Phoenix, standing in front of him.
"Hello there, darling. You look beautiful." He extended the 'beautiful', his sweet voice echoing in my head. He's looking down, signing a picture of himself for me. "Heh, I bet you say that to all the girls." I put a piece of my hair behind my ear as he handed me the picture. He finally looked at me and his blue eyes widened. He smiled slightly.
"Not usually. Your special." He said as his smile turned into a smirk. He knows exactly what he's doing to me. I bit my lip, getting very nervous. "T-thank you." I reply. "You are very welcome." I smile and begin to turn away but he grabs my hand. My heart almost burst out of my chest. "Are you coming to the after party, I'd love to see you?" My hand was shaking. "M-maybe." He smiled and ran his hand through his hair. "Hopefully I see you in the crowd." He licked his lips and let go of my hand.
I nodded and walked away, mentally squealing to myself. He touched my hand, he talked to me. This is the best thing in the world. Isadora and Nancy caught up to me after they saw River. "He's so beautiful! I love him so much!" Isadora giggles.
"We better head to the flim showing so that we get good seats." They agreed and we walk to the flim showing auditorium. We got delightful seats in the second row. We were so close to the stage.

The premiere is just about to start. I'm am very excited to see River on the screen. The lights went down and it started playing.
River's hair and outfit was amazing. His character, Mike I believe, has this thing about him that was amazing. I guess it was just the way that River acted that made it so outstanding. The story, as it seems, is great.
Magical experience, just being here, watching him.

It was now time for the small award ceremony.
"And the winner for Best Actor," They paused, giving it affect. I was crossing my fingers, hoping River would get it. "River Phoenix as his character, Mike Waters!" I instantly start cheering him on. River walked up on stage, waving at the crowd. River took the award and his eyes met with mine. He winked at me before walking off the stage. I practically stopped breathing.
"Did River just wink at you?" Isadora whispers. I felt the blood rush to my cheeks. "Um..no..probably just someone behind me." I whisper back. "Good, cause he has a thing for Sue Solgot." Isadora points behind me and I look at Sue. I instantly bit my lip to make the tears in my eyes stop. I completely spaced out. Blocking everything around me out of my life. I shouldn't have even thought that he did that. Geez, I'm so fucking dumb.
We wait until the last flims play. Pretty good stuff, except I wasn't in the mood. I kept looking back at Sue. She's so perfect, no wonder River likes her. River was sitting next to her, they were whispering and giggling. I was so jealous.
"I'm going to use the restroom. Meet me at the front gate." I whispered to Isadora and stormed out of the auditorium. I instantly started crying, people were looking at me but I didn't care. I was in pain. Jealousy, sadness, anger, stupidity. Emotions were flooding out of me like water gushing through a broken dam.
Fuck it all.
"Do you have a cigarette?" I ask a stranger near by, tears still dripping down my face. They looked at me with sympathy and gave me one. Then they lit it for me. I sucked in, coughed slightly. I puffed the smoke out, it aesthetically spread through the sunset filled sky. It was beautiful.
I wiped my tears and finished the cigarette. It calmed me down and made me slightly happy. I always have a cigarette to make me feel better. I'm not addicted, just when I feel shitty I like to have a smoke.
Isadora and Nancy finally met me at the gate. "Hey, are you okay, Lottie? Your eyes are puffy." Nancy asked. "Yes, I'm lovey." I replied. "Are we going to the after party?" I ask, sniffling a little bit. "Yeah of course, more River always helps." Isadora smirks. Totally, that's what I need, more River and Sue together. Note the sarcasm.
I agreed anyway. We caught a taxi and road to where the premiere party was. There was a slightly long line, mostly of fans that wouldn't be let in. We got in line, as not people got rejected the more we got closer to the bouncer.
Finally we were at the front. "5,000 dollars. Please let us in." Isadora smirks and hands the bouncer a stack of cash. His eyes widen and he nods letting us through. God I love Isadora. We walk in and they let us into the party. Celebrities everywhere. And then River's face caught my eye. But unfortunately there was another face connected to his.
Sue
Her fingers were intertwined in his hair, his hand on the back of her neck. He eyes opened and looked over at the tears in mine. His eyebrows furrowed once he noticed how upset I was, he looks hurt.
