Gender: Male/Female
Age: Must be at least 18 to find mate
Sexuality: Straight/Gay/Bisexual
Mate: Ask other player for permission beforehand, if you don't have a mate just put 'Unmated'
Pack: Just the name of your pack, put 'Rouge' if you haven't got a pack
Role: The role you play in your pack, Alpha, Luna and Beta roles are limited, for Rouges just put 'None'
Personality: This will be the same for both your wolf and human form, Alphas and Lunas tend to be more self-confident and possessive but it isn't nessessary

Human Appearance: Platinum blonde hair at top which turns lilac at the tips (Like Mal from Descendants 2), green eyes, pale skin, black leather jacket, white T-shirt, denim shorts and trainers
Wolf Name: Rachel
Wolf Appearance: Light grey fur that looks almost light blonde under some lights
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Sexuality: Straight
Mate: Unmated
Pack: Rebel Swift Pack
Role: Luna
Personality: Loyal to those she cares for, witty, brave, born leader
Backstory: Alyssa was born to the old Alpha and Luna of the Rebel Swift Pack. When she turned eighteen, she became Luna of the pack after her parents stepped down
Other: Alyssa doesn't care about meeting her mate, but if she ever finds the right wolf she will be happy to be his, though she won't allow him to push her to the sidelines
