Vampire-napped Chapter Three~~~ Worst Nightmare

Start from the beginning

I lay back onto the squeaky bed and cursed silently, why couldn't I remember? My eyes combed over the dark ceiling, and I put my arms behind my head. Huh, I was usually very good at remembering, I had an almost photo memory, and now I couldn't remember practically anything, starting from when I left the house.

I sighed; maybe it was for the best. I shook my head and sat up, cameras or no cameras I had to get to know this place better. Eyes narrowing I attentively hopped off the bed and slid towards the shadows. Man! I'd never seen a place so dark, with layers upon layers of shadows, gnawing right through my courage. I swallowed hard. Nothing was here.

A shadow seemed to move and I gasped, scampering back onto the dirty mattress. Wow, Rebecca, congrats you are now an official wimp. I peered into the shadows, nothing was there, nothing at all and here I was practically jumping out of my skin at a figment of my imagination!

'Clang!' I froze, a lump lodging itself into my throat. There stood a very, very imposing figure, broad shoulders, but skinny with eyes like the devil himself, cold, hard and hungry. My plan of looking around completely vanished, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! My eyes of silver water were locked with his powerful amber ones. He stepped in and the door clanged closed. Huh? The light was still here...my eyes focused on the candle, bright, warming, seductive.

I didn't like him; I didn't like him at all. He was beyond unsettling; something about him stood me on end. I scooted up against the wall, eyes darting around uneasily. He took a step forward. My eyes absorbed his appearance. He wore leather- lots and lots of black, black leather. His pants were leather, his jacket was leather, and he wore leather boots. His brown hair was of the lushest color, threaded with lots of tones. Besides that his skin was paler than mine. And those eyes, those intense amber eyes that stared me down, they were so, unique? No that wasn't it.

He took another step forward, oh god he was so close! My heart beat wildly and I pressed myself further against the wall, feeling my spine crack with tension. He was coming closer, almost to the cots side. Panic engulfed me, oh please stay away. Stay AWAY!

Of course he couldn't hear my thoughts though, and he stalked forward, intent printed all over his face. My insides squirmed, and my eyes watered, I'd never been so scared. Then he was leaning over me, the candle stuck on a candle bra attached to the wall.

I let out a pitiful whimper, cowering away, trying to get away from his presence. He was too close-I couldn't stand it. My breaths came in frantic puffs, my lungs contracting to the point of shriveling. Why was he here? Not for friendly chit-chat I suppose?

I felt my lip tremble, saw my hand shake as it clutched at my jacket. He leaned closer, closer. My heart was rattling within its rib cage, got to get out!

Without a thought, adrenaline within me rushed out and I was leaping towards the door, the world blurring before me.

"Help! Someone help me!" I screamed, hammering my fists against the immovable steel. No answer. My throat closed up; no they can't leave me here! They couldn't!

"Help-" a hand gripped my hair and I let out a shriek. Pain stung on every surface of my skull, I felt tears spill over onto my cheeks. I was whipped around and slammed up against the opposite wall. My head spun, my knees wobbled, I couldn't feel my finger tips, and now I was staring straight into the eyes of a cold blooded being.

I whimpered, "Someone please help me!" I cried desperately, his hand tugged on my hair and I let out a squawk of surprise. The roots were straining, taught with tension. He leaned closer, amber eyes shining with malice. "SOMEONE!" I screeched, his thin hand encircled my neck- cutting off air and the rest of my pathetic cries.
