Her family was messed up for sure, although she had so many people who loved her. Some times she forgot how messed up it was. She hides her inner-beauty with a shield of armor few can even crack. When she was young she looked up to her intelligent, beautiful, older sister, Elizabeth. She never questioned how she looked or who liked her, all that mattered to her was that everyone thought she was nice. Then... her sister up and left with her father. All three girls had different fathers, though that never made a difference before. Her sister had known for months she would be moving to North Dakota, but hid it from her whole family. She gave everybody a nights notice.

That little girl cracked, and disappeared forever. She stopped trusting everyone in general. If the one person who had said they would always be there to lift her up when she fell didn't think it mattered how she felt about being left, than who else would. To everyone that was not in her brain, she seemed like a smart, but shy, tough, and brave little girl.

On the inside though she doubted herself. She thought she was fat, ugly..., awful. She thought she was not worth loving. So, she focused on school, quit caring about friendships, and did not care if she seemed rude.

Then she got some real friends and let down a few walls. She got her first crush, joked around with people, and let lose. Her friends and herself in general did not mind if they looked like lunatics, but she kept up her grades and focused on school. She was a 4.0 GPA student, had all AP and honored classes from middle school up to her schooling now. She was the geek who took chorus, Spanish 1, honors 9th grade literature, and honors algebra 1 in 7th and 8th grade. Yet, she also became one of the most rebellious.

Growing up most of her loved ones were actually her dad's friends, which meant most were guys. So, most of her friends were guys. She made the perverted jokes and everything with them. She even didn't mind when they made them about her. She was still that kind, sweet girl, but had gotten a twinge of confidence in her step, had a little weird side that made her interesting, and was far  from innocent.  Her high school job was working as the assistant manager of the family construction company. She knew that as long as she had these guys around she could survive and make it through everything.

Then..., she graduated as an eleventh grader, and decided to take a year off. She knew that a year and half from that time she would start at Columbia University, but that didn't matter at the moment. Her dad had been friends with the creator and number one driver, Carter Plamondon, of the Monster Truck Series, which was very popular, especially in the South. So, of course she grew up around them, and learned how to fix a truck as if it was as easy as sharpening a pencil. His right hand man, Adam Zazella, was  the son of some of her father's friends. They knew her longing to travel and get out of Georgia for the year, and they needed someone they could trust on their team. So... they offered her a job, that she would never turn down, because it was working with trucks and family.

They offered her this job knowing the risks and consequences. What little know is that her past is the worse than anyone knows. It got 100 times worse when she got hit by a drunk driver in 9th grade. The lunatic was going 158 mph. She almost lost everything. She thought that was the worst it could get. Until it got worse. It's still getting worse by the day and nothing serious has happened in 8 months.

This little redneck girl was never looking for any one. At the age of 7 she had agreed not to date until tenth grade. Well, she had exceeded her standards and still had not dated anyone. She was a stubborn, hot-headed, southern-accented, 17 year old girl, she had been noticed by plenty, but never noticed this fact. She was oblivious  to flirtation, and stares. She still thought she was ugly, although she was not as fat. She tried to hide in the background, but knew in her new job that would not last long. She almost got in the spotlight for the wrong reason before. Now she was going to be put in the spotlight and could be easily discovered if she wasn't careful. This was her worst fear of all.
