•relient on others; valentine is heavily reliant on others in his normal, daily life. he doesn't mean to be, but, alas he is. since he's constantly around others that are more than happy to help him in any way possible, no problems have arisen from this particular trait of his

•valentine has christmas disease or, less commonly known as, hemophilia b. a inherited blood disease that results him in having little to no factor ix. this results in prolonged and/or spontaneous bleeding. both external and internal. this can be fatal for him. his sister, taylor, doesn't have it, since the disease mainly gets passed down to males, and not females (although, his mother unfortunately has this, just a very mild form of it)
•his older brother, aaron, died from this condition a few years prior to now, so, his mother is trying her damnedest to keep valentine alive and well
•aside from valentine having christmas disease, he also has insane insomnia, and, tends to barely sleep most nights
