So there's this girl I know at school
Nothing too strange about her
Except one thing
Every single day at one o'clock exactly
No matter what class she is in
No matter what is going on
She gets up and walks out of the classroom
I thought for the first few times that she was just going to the bathroom
But the fifteenth time I wasn't so sure
The next day at school I decided to follow her
To see what she was up to
Because she always looked a bit off when she got back
It's one o'clock
It's time
And just as I expected she got up and walked out of the classroom
A couple seconds later I asked to use the bathroom
I followed her through the halls
She never saw me
We ended up behind the school
I watched her crouch down behind a garbage can
She rolled up her sleeves
Pulled out a razor
I was horrified
This was unreal
Arms like graph paper
But stained red
Light but with a strange passion
she dug the blades in
Baffled
I watched in silence
I watched her put the blade back into her pocket
Quickly, I hurried away
Next day I followed her again
And still, It was the same routine
Why don't I do something
I kept thinking to myself
Without warning she got up and leapt out from behind the trash can
Caught
She saw me, yet said nothing
She just walked away
Next day I didn't see her
Next day after that I didn't see her
I was worried
My fault I said
I had discovered her secret
Next day came the news
The girl I knew would never be seen again
My fault
Next day at one o'clock I got up
Went to that place
I saw the blood stained ground
And placed a flower
A single white rose
The white petals stood out in the cold unforgiving ground
That flower still remains there
To remember
That girl I knew at school
Forever
