My name is nightshade Everfree and I'm 16 years old, I have a big secret and only one person knows. That person is my best friend Cinos, I don't know his last name no one does. But my secret is that I have powers. I suppose I should start from the beginning.
10 YEARS AGO
I was walking to school with Cinos and we took a short cut through the woods so we wouldn't be late. We passed these really creepy ruins. So being the dumb child I was I went over to the ruins.

I stood in the middle of them as they started to glow and I said "Cinos.... what's going on?"
"I-I don't know Nightshade hang on!" Cinos tried to grab me but there was this weird force field thingy around me trapping me inside. The ruins started glowing brighter and brighter, until they stopped and everything turned back to normal. "Woah, what was that?" Cinos said. "I don't know but we're going to be late for school" I yelled. So after we got to school and we stepped on the grass flowers started blooming wherever I stepped. 'This is getting creepy' I thought. I mean you can't blame me, just imagine being surrounded by light from these creepy ruins and have flowers follow your every step in the grass. "Hey Nightshade" Cinos said "Yeah Cinos?" "I think you have powers."

So that is my story of how I have powers. *Looks at clock* SHIT I'm late for school "NIGHTSHADE YOUR GOING TO BE LATE FOR SCHOOL CINOS IS HERE!" My mom yelled from the stairs " "ALRIGHT CHILL I'M COMING!"
