Okay so after a crapzillion years, here is an update my friends lmaooo i really hope the lot of y'all are still with me :))
Alrighty, so first after you finish crafting your initial graphic in PicsArt, scroll through the tool bar until you see the "Draw" tab. Click it and select white as your color!

Next, tap the icon of the square and circle overlapping and select the top third option; it should be a square with pointed edges! Press in the dot that is labeled "stroke" and reset the size to the number that you think fits best! I personally prefer the 4-5 ratio but ofc that's my own preference haha :)

After you finish adjusting the settings, drag your finger down your graphic starting from one of the top corners. Try to get the width between each side of the outline and the edge of the cover as evenly spaced as possible! The more even it appears, the better it looks!

When you have completed the white rectangle around your graphic, tap on the layers tab and change the mode from 'normal' to 'overlay', this should result in an almost glow-y effect outlining the entirety of your cover! Next, lower the opacity a little bit until you get the look you want.

Proceeding to add a bit of sharpen, a lighting texture and a smidgen of oil effect, your cover is ready to be delivered to the wonderful calligraphy workshop that we all call Phonto :))))
And boom shocka locka my sexy lil morsels, your cover is complete!

so after a few thousand years guys, IT IS HERE. my deepest apologies for not getting something to y'all sooner but in my poor attempt at a defense, i was very busy with life!
number 1 being i graduated this year 😏 yes, yes i know, i can't believe my ass passed high school either. but it did, and i may or may not be slightly proud of myself haha
the 2nd thing that hindered me was my babysitting gig (which was very wishy-washy if i do say so myself lmao) and i have a whole lotta other bullshit excuses i could diss out but that would probably take too much time :))))
(yes, i do enjoy putting double chins on my smileys, fight me... jkjk im fragile)
