(A/N): more than year has passed, I was debating on rewriting this or not. It is an original that I really loved to write. Today, I have made my choice to rewrite this story. I hope you will enjoy the different writing style. As said before, this all occured to me in a dream. This book has brought me into writing and having such a large fanbase. I want to thank Relentlezz41 for getting me into writing as well as AdrenalNightmare and Animefreak1988 for all the support. Just know there will be blood, gore, etc in this book so please, reader discretion advised.

War, something tragic that no one wants to experience, yet it happens before us. Buildings are turned to rubble and streets are littered with fire and bodies. It looked glum. Shifting could be heard as some sort of armored soldiers wandered the streets. They didn't seemed to be armed.

A blonde tan girl emerged from the rubble, she looked to be in her teenage years, wearing ragged clothes. She had green eyes that observed the guard, she then lead a group of teenagers away from the men. She ran behind them and towards a semi-broken building. The building was broken from the top, but safe from the botttom. She surveyed the area before entering. She got everyone inside before closing the door slowly, so no one can hear.

"Lucy, you sure this will work?" One asked.

"As long as we can make it to the dock, we should be able to catch the next boat to Islete, Once we cross the border by foot, we will be in Resistance Territory." She added. "We just have to make it, we made it across the country and through warfare." She encouraged.

"I know Lucy, but we're just teens, we can't fight." A female said.

"Audrey, don't worry," Lucy reasured. "We can make it out of this, as long as we don't get spotted, we will make it,"

Audrey was a small white girl with glasses. She had long hair and a rugged shirt and shorts, mostly due to the war. Her amethyst eyes looked into Lucy's as she looked scared. A man stepped in, he had a headband on, covered in what looked to be blood. He held a broken pipe.

"Listen Lucy, we need to find food fast or none of us will survive," He said.

"Brian, I know, but it's not safe there, I don't want you getting shot again. We were barely able to save you last time, You know Sammy can't control her powers. It's why she told us to cross the border, we need to find out what makes us special from the others here." Lucy looked down.

"Right," Brian sighed. "Why did she have to drive thier attention away, we could of taken both of them," Brian said, angery. He tossed the pipe down on the floor in anger.

"They had summons, we don't," Lucy sat down. "Even if we could of taken them on, we would be outmatched with pipes and broomsticks,"

"I-I just want to be safe," Audrey interrupted. "I didn't want my life to end like this,"

Lucy soon went to Audrey and hugged her. She gave in and began to cry a bit, hugging Lucy tightly. Brian grabbed his pipe and looked out the window, a few guards were patrolling the area. He knew they couldn't take them on, but they could make it to the dock easier if they took them out. He entered back into the room and sat down.

"We have two guards patrolling the area, we need to either kill them, or something to distract them in order to make it past them. We don't have any more cover to fall onto." Brian informed. "This might be over for us," He sighed.

"Come on Brian, you know we don't give up as easily, anything can happen," another male said.

He was slightly shorter than Carlos, holding two metal bars. They looked to be ripped out from the side of a building.
