It was pounding rain as I drove down the long curvy road crying my eyes out.

"I'm sick of men they're all pigs and liar's."

The rain was pounding harder and I could barely see. I should've pulled over and waited it out but I was almost home, I kept driving just wanting to get in my bed with some food and watch supernatural. That's when it happened I hit something. I slam on my breaks and the storm seems to clear up as I jump out of my truck and run to the back of it, I see a wolf laying there dead with a pup nudging her face. I put my hand to my mouth as I gasp and comprehend what I've done, I look at the pup and realize it won't survive on its own.

I pick the mother up and put her in the bed of my truck, I run to grab my jacket and use it to pick up and wrap the pup to keep it warm in my lap while I drive home. I'll take it to the vet first thing in the morning and give the mom a proper burial tonight. It's a tiny little thing, curled up in my lap and shivering.

As I finally pull up my driveway I push my garage opener and run inside and lay the pup on my couch, I wrap it in blankets and run outside and pick up its mom. I take her out back and start digging a hole in the soft wet soil and lay her in it. I run back inside and change and check on the pup, it's dry but it's still shivering so I wrap my arms around it and take it to my room, it's sleeping with me tonight.

The next morning I shower and pick up the wolf pup so I can take it to the vet. We arrive and I inform the vet on what happened and that I needed to get shots for the wolf. She informed me it was a boy about 2 months old and that he was perfectly healthy, I should feed him raw chopped up meat. I played the bill for the check up and shot's and walked out with Casper on my way home, I sent a text to my best friend Liza to stop by the store and pick me up some stuff before she came to hang out. Liza showed up at my place a little past 10 am.

"I got all the stuff you asked for a leash, collar, harness, dog bowls, kennel, dog bed, dog toys, and a lot of the cheapest red meat I could find, so why the dog stuff Kira?"

I walk over and open the bathroom door as Casper runs out and starts jumping around my feet. He's probably hungry I don't know when he was fed last.

"is that a wolf? You hate dogs, Kira."

"I know but he needed me."

"You're crazy!"

"But you love me."

And that's the story if how I came upon Casper my Grey wolf pup.
