JAVERY (the one true pair)

Chapter 1

Avery's POV

"WAKE UP!" my Mom always yells this every first day of school.

"OKAY, MRS. SMITH!!!" She hates it when I call her that, but I don't care. I mean I love her and all, but I hate waking up to yelling. When I
started walking down the steps I start to worry if I'm going to make it in sixth grade. Oh well. I can't know for sure.

" Hurry your but up! You don't want to be late for your first day of school! And stop calling me Mrs. Smith! I feel like an old lady." She tells me this the minute I step into the kitchen.

"Fine, I'll stop calling you that." No, I really won't, but I choose not to say this out loud because I really don't feel like getting in trouble today.

" What do you want to eat today honey?" My mom can change her mood towards me so easily, I love-hate her for that. " And are you excited for your first day of school?"

Same exact question every year and same exact answer, "Blue berry pancakes, and NO! I hate school."

"No you don't, you are just saying that to seem cool." As she is saying this I can see her roll her eyes. There was some truth to her statement, but the only and I mean ONLY reason I enjoy school is because I get to see my friends again!  "Any who, just make sure you hurry up, so you are not late for you first day of Middle School" She said this in such an odd singsongy voice, all I can do is stare at her.

The next hour and a half I don't really have to explain, 
I just got ready for school. At least, I don't have to wear a uniform at Two-timers Middle School, unlike my elementary school. Over the summer and I quote (myself) " BURN them BURN them ALL!!!" I enjoyed watching those horrid brown and black uniforms BURN! Mwahahaha!!!

"HURRY UP!!! The bus is here!"

"Okay Mom!" I literally go all Jedi on the obstacle course that has been set up ( it was just my VERY messy room) and after the stairs I was out!!! To NO BUS! Ohhhhhhhhhh Noooooo, this CAN NOT be happening! DAMN IT! I better start running then.
