Moving In

Lorna's POV~

I walked out of the airport and saw my aunt Jennifer standing there with a sign that says : WELCOME LORNA!!! I looked at it and smiled. I ran to her and she gave me a big hug. "Hi honey how was your flight?" She said and smiled at me. "Oh it was great." I said. "So your mom said to text her once you get here right?" she asked. "Yes I already did once we landed." "Oh fabulous." She said and extended her arms out. "Well then let's go to the house." She said and picked up one of my suitcases. I was staying here for the rest of high school. What I mean by the rest like until I graduate. My mom and my brother were coming later this month because my brother had to stay with his girlfriend whose parents had just died. Sad right? And my father left us when I was born because he didn't want another kid so that left just me, my mom, and my brother Jackson. When we got in the car my Uncle Jeff was sitting in the driver's seat. "Hey kiddo." He said and gave me a high five. "Hiya Jeff." I said. "Ok so once we get to the house I can help you unpack." Aunt Jennifer said. "Uh it's ok I can do it myself." I said. "Ok." She said. My aunt and uncle had recently moved so I have never been to this house before. Once we pulled up to the house Uncle Jeff helped me get my bags out. We walked into the house and there was a staircase and a long hallway. "Ok so your room is this way." He said and walked up the stairs down the hallway and into a room. There was a bed and a desk. A T.V on the wall and a window that showed the neighboors house. Uncle Jeff set down my suitcase on the bed. "Lunch will be at 1 and dinner will be at 6." He said and waved as he walked out. "Okieeee." I shouted out as he walked out. I placed my phone and my charger on the desk and began to unpack. I put my clothes all away and put up one of my posters. I hope aunt Jennifer wont mind. 30 minutes passed once I was done. It was one hour till lunch. I remembered they had a dog. It was a German Shepard. I ran down the stairs to find Uncle Jeff. "Uncle Jeffffff." I yelled. "Oh sweetie he went next door." Aunt Jennifer said. "Oh ok should I go over?" I asked. "Yea we can both go." She said and walked up to the door. "C'mon let's go." She said as she grabbed her keys. We walked to the house I could see through my window. Aunt Jennifer knocked on the door. "Coming." said a woman. A blondish brown haired woman opened the door. "Hello Jennifer." She said and hugged Aunt Jen (Jen will Jennifer for short). "Hi." said Aunt Jen. "Gloria this is Lorna my niece." She said and pointed to me. "Hello im Lorna." I said and stuck my hand out but she pulled me in for a hug. Aww she's so nice. "It's so nice to meet you." She said. "Come on in." She said and held the door open for us. "Jeff and Julio are out in the back." She said and walked up some stairs. "Ok we will be out there." Aunt Jen said and walked towards the kitchen which I think leads to the backyard. A dark haired boy with streaks of blonde in his hair walked by. "Hello Jovani." Aunt Jen said to the boy. He looked up and smiled at her "Hi." He said and looked at me. "Oh this is my niece Lorna." She said and looked at me. "Hi." Said and looked at him. He walked closer and stuck his hand out. "Hey im Jovani." I shook his hand and stared at his icy blue eyes.

Jovani's POV~

"Hey im Jovani." I said and she shook my hand. "Well i'm going to be outside while you hang out and make friends." Jen said and smiled at me and Lorna. "Uh ok." Lorna said and turned to me. "So your staying here for how long?" I asked looking at her. "Um for the rest of high school until I graduate." She said. "Wait how did you know I was staying here?" She asked. "Oh uh I just assumed." I said. "Oh ok." She said. I sat down at the table and told her she could sit down. "So how old are you?" I asked her. "16 going on 17 in a few weeks." She said. "Oh co-" I was interrupted by her phone buzzing. "Op it's my friend." She said and answered it. "Hello.....yes I just got here like a hour ago.....right now?.....um I can't i'm actually talking to a new friend.....yea already he is my new neighbor.....um why?....I guess yea......ok bye text me later."She said and smiled at me. "Sorry that was my friend Miranda." She said and put her phone back in her pocket. "It's ok, so what school, are you going to?" I asked. "Boynton Beach Community High School I think." She said. (k so ik the twins are home schooled but just pretend they go to regular school ok?) "Woah really that's the school I go to." I said. She smiled "Really? Cool I already have a new friend and haven't even been there yet." She said and laughed. I laughed too. "Yea me and brother go there." I said. "Cool how old is your brother." She asked. "Um actually we are twins." I said. "Op two new friends fab." She said. "Yea." I said and Jen and Jeff walked in. "Time to go Lorna gotta go make lunch." Jen said and hugged my dad Julio. "Ok bye Jovani see ya at school then?" She asked. "Yea. See you bye." I said and waved. "Oh before we go this is Julio. Julio this is Lorna." Jen said. "Nice to meet you young lady." My dad said and shook her hand. "It's nice to meet you to."

Lorna's POV~

"It's nice to meet you to." I said. "Well bye." Aunt Jen said as we walked out. "So how did you like them?" She asked as we walked up to our door. "Julio seems nice and so does Gloria." I said. "And Jovani?" she asked. "He's cool. Were going to the same school." I said. "Oh how fun." She said. "Yea fun." I said and smiled.

Well Hiiiii im Miranda. Yes I put myself in the story as well as my friend/co owner Lorna. Fab right? I bet only a few people will read this but oh whale. So I will update tomorrow or thursday. Have fun at school or whatever ur doing later byeeeee. Oh and sorry for the short chapter.
