Okay, I've been meaning to do one of these for AGES, but I've always been too lazy. I want to show people that time and practice is all you need to be a good graphic designer and not to give up even if you feel like your graphics suck. Don't. You will get there. All those amazing graphic designers out there all started the same way you did. Believe in yourself, and your graphics will reflect that mindset :)

My Graphic Journey is 2 years long and counting.

Now, who's ready to see my trashy old graphics?

Okay, there were some of my very first graphics. They were made completely on mobile by using Pixlr and Phonto. Most of them were just text-slaps -_- I feel so bad now, thinking back on some of those graphics with awesome artwork that weren't really stocks. I wish I'd understood that...

This is from my Pixlr/Corel Paintshop stage. I would always make the cover in Pixlr mobile before importing them to Corel Paintshop to add my (craaappyy btw) bevel font. I started manipulating a little more around this time instead of just having text-slaps.

This is my Pixlr/GIMP faze. I still relied on Pixlr for the cover bases. The fancier fonts were created with GIMP, a program I stuck with for about...one week. I loved doing overlay font, so that was something all my covers had.

I actually got Photoshop cs2 legit after one week of GIMP and started using it

I actually got Photoshop cs2 legit after one week of GIMP and started using it. These covers were made in Pixlr, but in Photoshop, I added the font and PSDS (colorings). I only knew about 3 PSDS, hence all the graphics have the same coloring. I was still terrified to do actual editing in Photoshop because of all the tools it had XD

These are the first graphics I made purely in Photoshop. At this point, I'd completely left my mobile apps and moved on. I started playing around with more tools and got used to them. Finally knew what the hell I was doing, haha.

At last, some of my favorite works to date.

My graphic journey couldn't have been possible without all the wonderful graphic designers on Wattpad that inspired me. Special thanks to eosophobic and MulanJiang , the darlings that helped me get started.
