The United States is known for a couple of things: guns, food, and heroes. Just about every city with more than 100,000 people living there have a , sometimes super, hero protecting the city. Local law enforcement dont mind as long as they leave big crimes to them, and why should they. Less work for them. Heroes in the big cities all work in tandem with the police, an officialy unofficial member of the police department. All the big names are like that: Luna Knight, Bright Shadow, The Dreadnaught, and on and on the list goes, noticeably missing one hero. Nightman.
