"Who do you think I am? Some girl that takes advantage of a situation." Gremory asked with an insulted expression on her face.

"Maybe." I shrugged "I don't know who you are personally, so maybe that graceful lady image that you show is nothing more but a mask to hide your otaku side."

"..." I blinked in confusion and grew curious at silence, expecting a shout of denial or something from the red head. So I turned my gaze towards Gremory-san to see that she's looking around the area, but not me.

I know that there are 2 ways on a person trying to hide something and the first is lying, the most common way but it's not as effective since a lot of people can tell if a person is lying or not.

The other is silence, which simply not answering on any question. Most people have a hard time staying silent during interrogations, due to either losing their cool or getting tortured.

"I'm correct, am I not?" I stated, getting blush from Gremory-san. That already answers my question and I can't help but tease her right now "To think that Rias Gremory-san, [1 of the Great Onee-samas] and [Most popular girl in the school], is actually an otaku on the inside. I wonder how would the student body react to this info..."

Gremory-san just *hmph!* while crossing her arms underneath her breasts, making them look bigger then them usually.

"Oi! Kōjiro-kun! You done cle-what's this?" I heard the familiar voice of my boss and mentor of the [Shigure Soen Ryu], Tsuyoshi Yamamoto-san. I turned towards Yamamoto-san and saw that he has a teasing expression on his face, oh boy... "Talking with your girlfriend, Kōjiro-kun?"

"She's not my girlfriend, Yamamoto-san. She was the person that asked me to join her club and she's also the main reason why I'm late." I said while jabbing a thumb towards Gremory-san behind me.

"That's right, we just know each other because I allowed him to join my club." I almost snorted as I heard Gremory-san said 'allowed', when I didn't had a choice in the matter at all and she just declared that I'm a member of the [ORC] just because I'm a Devil under her servitude.

"Really?" Yamamoto-san asked, which I nodded in response "*sigh* How sad..."

I raised an eyebrow, confused at the last comment "Why?"

"Because you have this real beauty with you right now, and you're not making any moves to get her... I worry on your preference..." I frowned in anger and annoyance, getting pissed off that he indirectly called me gay.

"I'm straight, you old bastard!" I shouted at his face, getting a laugh from Gremory-san "I like girls, but there's more to them than just having a pretty face!"

"Oh?" I heard Gremory-san asked in a wondering tone, which I turned towards her with a raised eyebrow to see her with a playful smirk on her face "And what is there other than being attractive?"

"...I might sound corny, but I like a girl with a beautiful heart." I admitted with a shrug, crossing my arms and closing my eyes "I want someone to loves me for who I am and not on my looks, power or fame because that's nothing more than lust... Being pretty is great and all, but that form of beauty will eventually fade away."

"...*sniff*..." Wait what?

I opened my eyes when I heard someone sniff loudly, like that person was currently crying right now and I turned towards the source to see that Yamamoto-san has tears running down his face while having a proud expression on it as well.

"Such beautiful and true words... I'm proud of you my boy!" Yamamoto-san declared while planting his hands on my shoulders... This is a bit awkward.

Out of the corner of my eyes, I noticed that Gremory-san has a sad and bitter sweet smile on her face while looking down on her hands. If I'm correct, that expression is usually there on a person's face when you're recalling something sad.

"Are you alright, Gremory-san?" I asked, making the red head jump on her seat.

"N-No I'm fine." Gremory-san stuttered a bit, proving otherwise but I didn't comment on it and just looked at her for a few second before looking at the clock.

9:58 pm

"I believe you should leave now, Gremory-san. We're closing in 2 minutes." I said to her, getting a nod in response before she stood up and made her way out. She stopped at the door and turned towards me.

"Are you going to the club tomorrow?"

I turned towards my boss, who has a small smile on his face and nodded at me. Getting the message, I turned back to the red head and nodded back at her "Sure." She smiled and nodded before making her way out of the building. I helped Yamamoto-san in the closing the shop while questions ran around my head.

Why did she revived 'me' and Hyōdō, why did she had that expression earlier and what else is she hiding?
