Waiting for Narumi - Chapter 1

"So care to explain why you're here?" I asked my sister coldly, who flinched.

"Jii-san told me Gakuen Alice asked you to come, and Hotaru was here so I decided to come as well." she rambled.

I rolled my eyes, That's what my little sister was. A little simpleton. "Did you think about the consequences?" I asked, scathingly.

She looked guilty and shook her head no. "Did you even tell jii-san?" I snapped.

"I left him a note." she replied.

"He must be worried sick! Mikan you idiot baka!" I snapped.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry." she started to bow in front of me repeatedly.

"S'okay. But you'd better write to jii-san!" I patted her head.

Mikan smiled brightly, and pointed to the black haired boy who lay fainted on the couch, "So who's that?" Ah, her mood changes way too quickly.

I stared at the black haired boy with the cat mask, "Dunno. Don't care." I flipped through a manga I had brought, Lucky Star Volume 2. Mikan, being her stupid self, went over and started to play with the boy's mask.

Not two minutes had passed when the boy awoke, and flipped Mikan on her back. He hissed, "What is your name? Who are you? What's you alice?"

Mikan squealed, and I sighed. I got up and walked over to the button Narumi told us to press in case the kid woke up. And in this case, he did.

The boy glared at me, "Touch that button and her hair will be burned."

I glared back, "Funny, I don't think you will. You obviously overused your alice."

He looked a bit surprised, "Who the hell are you?" At that moment, I slammed the button. With that, the glass crashed open and in came a blonde boy riding an eagle. Why am I not surprised?

"Mikan! Eriko!" I heard Narumi shouted.

Just as the door slammed open, the boy whose name was Natsume left with the blondy. He threw a polka dot object at Mikan and said, "See ya later, polka dot panties."

Mikan's jaw dropped, and screamed, "THAT PERVERT!!!!!!!!!" I just sighed, Mikan had it coming. And who wears polka dot undies?

Narumi and Misaki sensei just stood there looking uncomfortable while Mikan was yelling insults at the two boys who were already far, far away.

"Uh, it's not too bad." Narumi tried to console Mikan as she sobbed into his shirt.

"It is." Misaki and I said together. Narumi gave both of us a 'not helping here' look. I shrugged, it's the truth.

"I-I can never marry!" Mikan shrieked and blew her nose into a hankerchief Narumi had given her.

"Uh, that's not true." Narumi said awkwardly, and changed the subject by saying, "Here are your uniforms." He gave each of us a red plaid skirt and a black top. Ew, skirts. I went to another room and changed, looking at my reflection in the mirror. I wonder what the other students are like.

"You look great, Eri-chan!" Mikan smiled at me, her incident long forgotten. I don't know how she does that. And that nickname!

*Time skip*

"Class, these are your new students!" Narumi gave us the signal to introduce ourselves. The students started to shout, "What's their alices?"

Mikan stepped up, "My name is Mikan Sakura! Nice to meet you!" Someone shouted, "What's their alices?" again.
