You lay there lifeless
staring at your inner eyelids.
Your life was stolen but it's priceless.
Who's such a thief?
You float in my mind
remembering that there was no line.
You're the only memory I can find.
Who's such a thief?
I almost forgot you
being your picture was never true.
Your life a lie and your death too.
Who's such a thief?
For years they lied
revealing now that you chose suicide.
The flash backs came back; I cried.
Who's such a thief?
Your void turned into pain
leaving me to miss you in vain.
Every bit of happiness has been slain.
Who's such a thief?
