The End of an Empire

The Attack

I was awoke to the sound of men yelling, the smell of blood, the taste of dred when the attack on our Fort began. When I went to grab my Skyfoge Steel Sword, one of the soilders burst into my tent. He yelled "General Snemuth we must leave now!" "The Empire is attacking and the brought the Centurion!". The Centurion is the Empires greatest soldier. He walks in a heavy steel Imperial Armor, a sword and shield in his hands, and a Warhammer on his back.

I knew if we ran we would be bombarded by arrows so I put my armor mom and went out side got my men gathered and i told my men "A true Nord of Skyrim never backs down from a fights, he fights for his home, his people, and his king!" "If we die today I will see you in Sovengarde!" I was trying to get them rouled up and not fear the death that is coming.

The men shouted "DEATH TO THE EMPIRE!" and started to yell as they charged the army. When they did I thought I was being watched and I was I looked on the wall and the Centurion was there. We locked eyes for a moment but it was broke when my so older try to attack him. The Centurion swiftly shaved him through the chest and threw him on the ground. He then jumped down from the wall and started toward me. I drew my sword as he grabed his hammer from behind him. He yelled and ran toward me.

I quickly doged his charge only to be met by the man that was behind me. I stab him in his throut cuting his jugglers and his blood gushes onto my sword. When I pull my sword out from the man I turn around to see a Warhammer fly through the air and collide with my sword. I stager from the form the force of the hit but I regain my balance just to block another one of of his hits. "How is he so fast with a Warhammer."I said to myself. Finally an archer shot him in the shoulder which stoped him for a moment and I slash him with my sword arcoss his chest.

The Centurion hits me in the shoulder with his hammer throwing me onto the ground. When I look up he pulls the arrow out of his shoulder and brings his hammer up to try to hit me, but I roll out of the way and I try to attak him but the last thing I see is his hammer swinging to my head then I hear a loud ringing then darkness then silence.
