No Furrs Allowed

Chapter 1

I never really liked humans. They're bossy and smell, plus they have no fur! Mommy said one time she was walking home from work and a group ran out of an ally way and stole her purse. Daddy said that a thousand years ago, humans hunted us and even ate us! I can't believe that! Mommy is still sleeping in the hospital, daddy says a human pulled up in a van and made her fall asleep, he won't tell me how though. I overheard him talking with the scientist animals though. They said if she doesn't wake up tomorrow that she won't wake up. I'm going to make an alarm clock to wake her up, I have to work fast though.

I looked up from my old paw-writing because I started to get car sick. I can still remember that next day. I ran in with the alarm clock I made and set it up, it played her favorite song yet she still didn't wake. The doctors came in and took her out as my dad explained that she wasn't coming back. Tears started to well up in my eyes as I remembered. I looked back down at the old journal, a gift from my mother at an early age. The claw marks where still even there, so small compared to my teenage claws. I fixed my red and black ears witch I'd died before we left. The ray bridge sped by as I looked at my dad, the strongest wolf I knew. "Hey eclipse," he calls me by the English translation of my name, "we're almost at the new place. You excited?" "No," I thought to myself, "I'm excited for the first beating of the school year!"

We pulled into the float-way and started to unpack. "Hey! Emo wolf!" I heard from behind me.
