The boy screams as he's shoved from the car he was forced into from the first place. He is the boy without a name, the one who for 15 years has been abused and starved in his parent's basement because he was different. He cried out as he watched the car drive away. The cold rain stung the exposed skin on his arms. He was only in a thin white T-shirt that was many sizes too big and his underwear.

"What did I do!?" He cried crawling to the side of a near by building.

He continued to cry loudly and shiver as the rain kept pouring and the thunder rolled.

Meanwhile, up in his kitchen, Kai is cooking dinner for himself as usual when he hears faint sobs from below his slightly open window. He ignores it at first and continues cooking, but stops as the cries get louder and he hears a loud terrified squeak after a booming lightning strike. His head poked out of the window above his sink and sees a small white figure curled up at the side of his building.

"Hey are you OK?" Kai yelled a little confused and concerned. When he gets no answer but a small scream after another clap of thunder.

"Ill be right down! Sit tight!" He yelled down after looking closer at the figure seeing it was a kid.

Kai turned off the Stove and slipped shoes on before flying down the stairs. He ran to the shivering child. The boy was small and fragile looking. His lips were a pale blue and his whole body was soaked.

"Hey, where are your parents? What's your name?" Kai asked bending down to level with the kid.

The boy shook his head and shrugged crying harder into his small hands. Kai bit his lip as he stood up thinking.

I can't just leave him here... Let's just get him up to my apartment and get him safe, then I'll question him.

Kai sighed. "Can you stand?" He asked bending down again.

The boy shook his head knowing he was too weak. Kai nodded and picked him up resting his arms at the bend of the boys knees and at the middle of his back. The boy held on by clinging to Kai's shirt scared out of his mind. Kai was amazed from how light the teen was. He knew, wherever this kid came from, it wasn't a good place.

Kai carried him inside feeling his shirt becoming soaked from the kid's wet body. "I'm going to take you to my loft OK? I'll get you food, a shower and warm clothes." He told the boy.

The boy simply nodded and put his trust into Kai. Yes, this was a stranger, but he had nothing to loose. Kai carried him upstairs to his loft closing the door behind him. The boy shifted a little feeling the warm air hit his skin. Kai set him on the couch not caring if the piece of furniture got wet.

Kai sat in a chair near the couch. "Can you tell me your name?" Kai asked pursing his lips and taking his shoes off.

The boy cleared his throat and shakily sat up. "I-i don't have one..." He whispered in a raspy voice.

Kai's eyebrows raised in confusion. "What do you mean? You have to have a name."

"I don't have one, my parents always called me, 'the boy' or 'that thing'. I never got a name." He says still in that sick sounding raspy voice.

Kai sighed. "I tell you what, let's get you showered and dressed, then you can tell me your whole story. I'll get you some food as well." He said just wanting to get this straight. "How old are you?"

The boy crossed his legs and nodded. "I'm fifteen." He whispered.

Kai nodded and stood up. "Follow me to the bathroom." He said as he walked looking back to see if the younger would follow.

The boy followed walking curiously looking around at everything. Kai started the shower and showed him where everything was along with getting him a towel.

"Wait here. I'll get you clothes." He said.

Kai disappeared and when he came back, the boy was already in the shower. Kai set a T-shirt and a pair of sweat pants on the counter beside the sink before going to the living room again.

What have I got myself into...?

Kai thought sitting on the couch. This was going to be a long night.
