BANG BANG BANG
I can still hear the guns shooting, my fellow comrades moans and screams as they die. The moans, screams, cries; they haunt my dreams seeing my friends die right before my eyes. I didn't know it was going to be like this, I thought it would be a grand adventure.
It's been nearly 2 years since I last had seen my family; heard my sister's laugh, my brothers war cries as they pretended to battle. All I have to remember them by is a old, crumpled, dirty photo that is always with me. Forgive me Mother, Father, Jona, Nike, Lucas, Josh, Nikkie for I don't think I will make it home to you, as I wright this I can feel my body losing strength, but know although I have not seen you know for 18 months that I will die happy knowing that your safe.
Love,
Loclan
