I'm Crying Inside

That feeling when,

I smile on the outside, 

but I'm lying to the people around me,

I'm crying inside,

and I just wish someone would notice,

You ask, "How are you?"

I say "I'm fine"

But I'm dying to tell you,

I'm crying inside,

You ask, "are you sure?"

And I say, "yes"

But I'm lying to your face!

Can't you tell!

I won't say it out loud,

But all I want is to have you hug me,

Tell me everything will be okay,

Tell me that my friends don't hate me!

Tell me that someone loves me!

Because,

I'm crying on the inside
