Rebuttal by me!!
I think that Dumbledore has a way of “seeing” or rather sensing an invisibility cloak. Or perhaps he just know the golden trio so well that wherever there is trouble, they are bound to be. As for Dumbledore not looking at Harry during the trial, perhaps he had suspected that Voldemort could spy on him through Harry, but he didn’t have actual proof and didn’t want to take that chance. I believe that Dumbledore has plenty of experience and is old and wise enough to be one step ahead of everyone else so that could explain why he knows so much.
As for not wanting Voldemort to know about his relationship with Harry, it's quite possible that Dumbledore didn't want Voldemort to make fake threat about Dumbledore, (like the sirius thing) and put Harry in any more danger than he was already in.
Yeah, I know its not that good, but its the best rebuttal I could come up with.
