the thing inside my head

the thing inside my head
keeps me from living a normal life.
i can't get out of bed.
i can't go to school.
i can't go to work.
i can't hangout with friends.
the thing inside my head is desperately trying to ruin me.
the thing inside my head takes over my body.
it eats me up.
i'm not me.
i don't know who i am anymore.
i am no longer here.
i want people to understand but
the thing inside my head is pushing them away.
the thing inside my head is telling me they don't care.
the thing inside my head is telling me they hate me.
the thing inside my head is telling me they're
against me.
the thing inside my head is my depression.
and my it has taken over my body.
