"You are gonna stay here tonight" Merle said "ill tell Jim that you aren't here"

"Do you want me to hide?" I asked
"go on upstairs into my bedroom" he said
I walked upstairs and I went to his bedroom and sat on his bed. I heard pounding on the door downstairs. Merle quickly walked upstairs in his bedroom where I was hiding
"If he comes up here hide under the bed or in the closet." he whispered
he left to go downstairs. he opened the door. Jim was yelling. I was listening to their conversation.
"Oh my god Merle I Messed up bad. I put my hands on her and now she run away. do you know where she is?" Jim asked
"No I don't know where she is if she stops by i will tell her to go home" he said
"what if she calls the cops on me?" him panicked
"she wont i know it. go home and think about it " Merle said
I heard the door shut. Merle went upstairs for me.
"Is everything okay?" I asked
"hes a mess" Merle said "he didn't mean it"
"he says the bull all the time. he never stop" I said " I never had the chance to leave him"
Merle hugged me tight and I started to cry.
"It will be okay don't worry" Merle said
"No it wont." I cried
Merle kissed my forehead and he walked downstairs.
"Bella you better come see this" Merle yelled from downstairs
I come downstairs to find merle looking out the window. I look outside to find a tall blonde girl in a slutty attire walking in my house. That day I found out that My husband of 6 years was cheating on me. I don't know how to react to this.
