I hate you but will always love you. When our eyes met, for the second half as we past this busy city, we were in you car, our eyes met. Oh your eyes, brown and deep like milk chocolate, shot through me like a knife. My eyes the colour of deep forest pools, with a mix of springtime ferns, were focused on only you. Until i lost sight of you.
And all because there is flowers growing in my lungs. There is passion that has been filled to the rim of my shallow heart, spilling more with every love poem you gave and found yourself writing. There is sunshine on my skin from when you touched my face, leaving your glow on me. There is electricity rushing in my veins, faster and faster until my whole body is shining bright like lightning. There is nectar left on my lips, from the sweetest kisses that i have ever shared with you. There are flowers growing in my lungs from when i breathed you in and you became part of me.
That was the day that i lost part of me.
There is part of me that was happy that i lost you, i was deranged and you was unstable but I've never felt quite whole after that, i have feeling that il will always have them missing pieces as will you. I always lusted for you, I always wanted more of you, you were an addiction. Most teen girls craved nicotine but I craved a married man.
Our relationship was dangerous, and we both knew it, Nobody could know about us. We would spend most of our time together driving or in motels on the outskirts of London. When we were driving I would look up at the red, blue and yellow tequila sunrise skies and think about all the thoughts going through your head.
How you regretted meeting me and that you know you was in to deep. I don't know what hurt most knowing that I was the other women and knew I would never have your heart or that we could never be together because they think I'm too young to love you.
