True Night's Moon

Test

The elderly woman stood at the edge of the ship in the dead of night. She sensed the presence of one whom she had yet to meet, and she understood why they decided to come out so late. "Ah, it appears dreams under the True Night's Moon are indeed as accurate as they can get," the old woman sang in an empty yet soft voice, "I only wish I had told my grandson about the dream before it happened.".
The hooded figure replied in an undistinguishable voice "You knew of the event about to take place, yet you took no precaution? This is a surprise coming from the once Mother of Military." "I knew not to tell as like I stated, these dreams are accurate. I was alone when this took place and I dare not alter my destiny, nor put anyone else in danger."
"Even if this destiny of yours ends with you at the end of my blade?"
"Yes, my dear. I once did not believe in the True Night, however this past fortnight, after the glimpse into the future, I can not deny this. Now hurry along, not everyone is asleep you know."  Just then, the mysterious person heard from across the deck a man yelling out loud for the people talking so late at night. "Have a nice night, Mother. Farewell." The hooded figure sank their knife deep into the lady's chest with the left hand, she only lasted a few seconds longer, long enough to give out the words of death, "True Night be cursed upon you, son of Emperion.". As the man started to take off his hood, he turned around in time to see the
sailor from before gasp at the sight of The Mother's corpse, and jumped into the ocean before his face could be seen. The sailor quickly ran over to search for the man, however he was already gone. No ripple in the waters, no prints on the sides of the ship, just him, the corpse, and the waves of night.
