Summer's POV

After class was over, I was by my locker when I felt a tap on my shoulder, and I turned around to see no one else than Freddy.
"Oh, hey Freddy!" I said, smiling at him.
"Sum, I have to talk to you. Are you free this afternoon?"
"Sure!"
"Good. Let's go have some ice cream, so we can talk?"
"Okay. Let's go!"

He took me to a nice ice cream place. We got our ice creams and sat at a table.
"So, what did you wanted to talk about?" I asked, after a few minutes.
"Do you... Do you wanna go to the dance with me?"
I was shocked. I NEVER thought he was gonna ask me to this dance. Oh my God!!!!!!!!!!
"I... I would love to!! Thank you so much, Freddy!!" I said, jumping on his arms and giving him the biggest hug.

We talked a little more and finished our ice creams. After that, Freddy walked me home, and we found out we live only a few blocks apart!!

When I got home, I called Tomika.
"Hello?" She said.
"Tomika? This is Summer!"
"Oh, hey Summer! What's up?"
"So... Freddy just asked me to the dance!!"
"Really? That's awesome! I'm happy for you! And... Zack asked me too!!"
"Tomika, that's so great!!"
"It is!! Do you wanna go shopping with me and Esme, so we can buy our dresses?"
"Yes!! Let's go!!"
"Great! I'll meet you at the mall in 20 minutes!"
"See you there!"

After that, I got changed and headed to the mall.
We went to a lot of stores. We were almost giving up, and we found wonderful dresses:
