"I think she will help, boss. A week with her at your side, and you'll be back to your old self. It'll force you to show your nicer side, she'll break the addiction!"

"It's just going to get in the way. I can't take care of a child, I have things to do! I'm not ready to be a father, real or not."

// CANON: At one point in Goran's lonesome life, Bailey the professional clone decided to be his boss and adopt a daughter for him, forcing the sadist to be more kind and caring towards her. It didn't work at first, but after she barged in on one of his torturing sessions, she was terrified. He had to comfort her, thus creating a gentler Goran for a year or two. What happened to her is unknown.
He buried that part of his life down deep to where he'd never tell anyone about her, but because of it, he does surprisingly well with kids.

I'd really like to roleplay something like this where he has a child, either someone playing the girl or as their own character who finds out about her. I dunno, I think it'd be a lot of fun to try.
