"Hey, um... hello." Button said.
"Do I know you?" John Adams asked.
"Y-Yes.. my name is Button Gwinnett." Button said.
"The heck-? Who names their kid Button?" John Adams asked.
"H-Hey!!" He almost yelled at him, but realized that he could use this as a conversation starter, "yeah, I don't like my mother either."
"... sorry, I still have no idea who you are..." John Adams said.
"We- we worked on that huge project a while ago. Pretty much everyone in the school signed it, except for George, James, John Jay, and that transfer student... what was that guy's name...?"
"Don't get me started on Alexander..." John Adams said.
"Okay..." Button said.
"Hold up, you said you signed it too?" John Adams asked.
"Well, yes. Actually, if you recall, my signature was the first one on there." Button said.
"Well I obviously don't recall it, if I have no clue who you are..."
Button sighed, "okay, cool." And walked away. Button Gwinnett left the school less than one year later, and no one remembered him.
