Mitch POV

"Hi" I said to Scott on Facetime. "Hey" he said. We hadn't seen each other for almost a week. I went home because my uncle was sick. He felt like a second father to me.

"Are you okay?" "Yes I am, thanks for asking babe!" That wasn't really true. Two days after I got here my uncle heard he had cancer. I just didn't want Scott to know because if he knew he would probably fly over to cheer me up. I just wanted to deal with this on my own.

Scott POV

He said he was okay but from the moment he said it I knew it wasn't true. I hate it when he is lying to me. "You sure?" "Yes 100%" Another lie. Why does he keep lying to me? "Any news about what it exactly is?" I saw the fear in his eyes for a second but then he said calmly: "No, but probably nothing bad."

After that we just talked about how he misses Wyatt, ideas for the next superfruit episode and some other stuff until we both went to sleep.

((Next morning))

Mitch POV

I woke up with a terrible headache. I hate lying to him so much. But this was my only chance to get away from him and have some alone time. At first I really went for my uncle/second father but now that I'm here I can use the time between hospital visits form myself.

I love Scott I really do but he is just too much. He loves me a lot but most of the time it's a little bit too obvious. The plan was to keep our relationship a secret to (A/N is it to or for idk English isn't my first language😂) the fans but they're not blind they see the way Scott looks at me. Anyways it's just too much for me sometimes. I can't go anywhere without him following me or asking me if I'm okay. I just need a break!

So yeah idk about the ending...😂
This is the first chapter and I'm really excited. I know it's not very long but I'll try to update #soon🙊
