1. screenshot the filter you wish to use. make sure the qr code is fully readable! 
                          2. open the polarr app and choose the photo you would like to filter 
                          3. tap styles ⟶ import style ⟶ import qr code ⟶ choose qr code you want to import ⟶ save the filter into polarr 

                          and done!
