chapter 1

AUTHOR: SO I AM NEW AT THIS AND I KINDA SUCK...SO AS MY FIRST STORY, I DON'T EXPECT MUCH~^^ ENJOY!

KAI POV:

It all started on a normal, boring ass day in school. I was walking down the hall from algebra on my way to the library for lunch. My friends Taylor and Alex waited for me at our usual table, I'm always the last one.

"Hey." They awkwardly said simultaneously. We all paused and started laughing at each other as I pulled out my chair next to Alex.

I put my jacket on the back of my chair and my bag on the table. I went to look for a book (not that I ever read them, I just get them to shut the librarian up). I rolled my eyes as I walk down the short path, over to the magazine section. I scanned my eyes up then down, then all around the stand--until one caught my eyes. It had a half-naked hunk on the cover page. I grabbed it, before a girl with those 3D movie glasses on (you know the ones without the lens, I never understood that) could.

As I turned to walk away I notice a very sexy, browned haired, skinny-ish boy sitting on the other side of the room, sleeping I think. I ran over to Alex and Taylor and pointed at the sexy beast sleeping across the room.

Alex voice brought me back to my senses. "Oh, that's Kevin, he's in one of my classes...he's really stupid though and kind of like..a jerk."

"How could that sexy beast be a jerk, he's perfection." I added as I moved my seat to the other side of the table to stare at Kevin. "You need help" Taylor said as I nodded along knowing that she was right.

His hair flowed perfectly to the side as he began to wake up. The dim light shimmered against his face, causing his eyes to turn a light shade of brown. His gray sweater inside an army green spring jacket and his khaki pants fit his body perfectly, outlining his frame. He pursed his lips as he shifted into a new position.

He sat up, looking around the room in a daze like he was slightly puzzled as to why he was where he was. He looked in my direction.....OH MY ZEUS!! DID HE SEE ME STARING AT HIM? He can't possibly see me from that far! Plus there's like a hundred book shelves in front of me...right? Still looking in my direction, he began to walk towards me. He was about 12 feet away from me, when I got up and began to walk in the opposite direction towards the fiction books. I pretended to look for a book as I shot glances behind me to see if he was still looking.

"Hey, bitches!"---interrupted my beautiful daydream. I turned in disgust to see it was Taylor's friend Rachquel. She annoys me so much like just die; she always wants food and unfortunately I always had food, thanks mom...thanks.

"Who got food?" She asked looking straight at me as I tried to hide my sandwich but it was too late. I swear that girl was a walking food detector. "No." I said as I zipped my bag closed and pressed it against my lap. I knew her too well, I bet she's thinking about grabbing my bag and running off with it.

I got up grabbing my bag with me as I went to change my magazine. I got one with food all over it just to tease her ass. I stood there a little longer, cause Kevin was just a few feet away I found my feet moving closer to his direction------"OHHHH" a loud sound came from my table. I collected myself and walked back to were the sound came from and Rachquel started smiling like she was the Grinch, then again the Grinch looked better. I turned to Taylor who looked very suspicious, "What?'

"So you like that Chinese guy?" Rachquel answered " He's Korean" Alex added "I don't give a fuck" Rachquel sneered " I don't like him, I just think he's hot..either way I have a boy friend" I said as I roll my eyes and sat down.

"I'm gonna tell him!!"

This is why I hate her, she sticks her big, fake weave head into everyone's business. But knowing that she would really do it, I gave in and gave her a piece of my sandwich and pleaded for her not to tell him anything.

She got up as I was looking at the hot guy on page 12, Damn the things I would do to that man. She was walking towards Kevin, I immediately looked up as I traced her steps with my eyes. "What the fuck is she doing?" I asked as she turned back laughing and smiling and then ran off before I could stop her, now I should be worried or running.

I got up scared, nervous and pissed. I had totally forgot about Jack, my boyfriend of 2 months now who I liked....I think. I mean he was my first kiss and my first real relation..ship?

I cleared my thoughts and walked over to a random part of the library and pretended to be looking for a book. Rachquel seemed to notice, I glanced over my shoulder and saw her walking towards me with Kevin trailing behind her looking confused but hot as hell.

"He likes you." Rachquel said pointing at me as I turned around slowly looking at his face. He looked like he wasn't sure what was going on. I shyly look away to the ground as I told them "I have a boyfriend and I don't like you."Which was somewhat true...

"Don't lie." Taylor said looking at me. "But I don't."

 "Ugh-just tell him Hi or something!" Rachquel said almost making it sound like a demand. " Hey?" Kevin said and waved reluctantly. He stood there for a good couple of seconds before Rachquel spoke again,"You can go now."  Kevin looking confused and slightly pissed off turned around and left.
