Chapter 2: Too Many Boys

(Victoria's POV)

Ring! Ring!

Ugh! I don't wanna get up. I had the best dream with Joe! Wait! I have school. I get up change into leggings and a racquet and jog shirt, and eat breakfast. I start to brush my teeth when I start to think about how amazing Lauren is. She has to be such a player. Hmmm.... what if she is with joe? That would be horrible!

(I arrive at school and go to the squad)

Victoria: hey Lauren!

Lauren: sup! 

(Tons of boys gather around Lauren and try to flirt and it's kinda cringey)

Oh shoot she is a player!

Lauren: Calm down! I'm already taken! (She looks at joe)

Noooooooo! She is totally with joe! My life is done. My best friend is with my crush.This never ends well. Wait... am I overthinking things? No. I'm not. She is too good for me. Everything is better from the way she smiles, to the way she flips her hair and even the way she walks. 

RING!!!!!!!!!

(Everyone starts walking to home room)

(Lauren's POV)

I hope we have tests today. Hmmmm....

Victoria: hey! 

Man is she clingy. Now that I think about it. She likes joe. I can tell.

Lauren: oh hey. Question... do you happen to like joe?

Victoria: uh. Why?!?

Lauren: I can tell. You can be honest with me. I was going to find out anyway. I'm like the queen of hearts around here. I know people's crushes before they even know themselves. Soo....

Victoria: *sigh* yes

Oh we are here.

Turns out there was a test and I aced it! The first part of the day was normal. An easy test here and there but it was fine. But at lunch it got weird. 

RING!!!!!!!!!

Yay I'm ready for a nice salad!! Yum! I'll sit with the squad as usual.

(She sits with the squad)

Lauren: guys! I came up with the cutest nick name ever!

Maddy: what is it?!?!?

Lauren: Lulu💙

The whole squad: yasssss gurllll! (Even joe)

(Victoria sits next to me)

Victoria: hey! Uh... question.

Lulu: shoot

Victoria: are you and... um joe a thing?

Lulu:(dies of laughter) I'll text you later

Victoria: ok?

(Joe's POV)

Why are lulu and Victoria both looking at me?

(Victoria's POV)

I'm so confused.

(LuLu's POV)

The rest of the day was cool. After school I texted Victoria.

LULU AND VICTORIA 

Lulu: 👋🏼 

Victoria: 👋🏼

Lulu: I'm not dating joe

Victoria: ok thnx

Lulu: I'm trying to keep boys out of my hair. The last thing I need is more drama. 

Victoria: oh yeah. I need help with number 3 on our math homework. 

Lulu: the answer is 1735393735

Victoria: oh. 🙏🏼 thanx?.?

Lulu: don't mention it😄

(Victoria's POV)

Hm... she is a cute player. 

LULU AND VICTORIA 

Lulu: wanna hit up the gym tomorrow?

Victoria: no thanks I'm.... busy

Lulu: 👌🏽 

I'm not even busy. I'm just lazy. Wait... she even works out?

(Lulus POV) 

I take a shower, brush my hair 1,000 times, and brush my teeth. I then change into my soft onesie and go to sleep. 

I dream about a party.
