                   Depression
I've had my fair share of this. It's awful. You feel basically nothing. Like,almost no emotions. At least that's what it's like for me. It can be different for many people. And no,it's not just like "oh your just sad. Stop being sad." No. 1. It's hard to stop being sad. 2. You probably wouldn't understand if you don't deal with it. And 3. It's not just being sad. It's hard to explain. Who ever has it,can you please explain in the comments? Thank you.

                       Suicide
DO NOT DO THIS. It is never the answer. Always try to reach out to someone and get help. Talk to someone. Sure,it seems like a good idea at first,but it's not. It may seem like the only thing you can do. But please,DON'T DO IT.

   Anxiety and anxiety​ attacks
I hate this so much. If you ever have had an anxiety attack,you could probably relate. If anything,just breathe and try to relax. Think of whatever makes you happy. Watch your favorite YouTuber,read your favorite book,listen to your favorite band,anything. Just relax and breathe. As for anxiety it's self. Try not to let anything bother you. Think happy thoughts and clear your mind from all the things making you anxious. Think positively. For example. You have a math text. Think "I can't do this!" Not "oh God. I can't do this...God I'm so stupid..." That'll just cause anxiety. Think positively.
