This following story is dedicated to the book "The Giver by Lois Lowry"
The giver placed his hand on Jonas' back, asJonas drifted away leaving his body lifeless on the chair whilst letting thememory sink in. he has now entered the memory. Jonas fixated his eyes to the harsh light in the field of lushes' flowers blowing west with the wind, he felt the wind pushing against weightless body. The fresh breeze danced as it touched his emotionless face staring into the beyond. There was something ahead, as his breath picked up fast as he treaded towards the figure, not yet comprehending what was laid in front of him. As he got close to the figure tears began to creep up taking his eyes by surprise. There in front of him he saw a sight never to be forgotten. It was a child holding the pale arm of what looked like to be his mother as she lied helplessly on the ground with no sign of life. Jonas approached the child slowly looking at his gloomy surroundings, getting closer to the boy but as he came to realisation he was not seen by the boy still sobbing and yelling for his mother to come back. As Jonas backed awayas he realised he couldn't help the boy, his tears filled his eyes hidden witha memory that he could no longer remove. It was over the memory has been transmitted. As he uneasily opened his weakened eyes, focusing on the giver infront of him, and wrapped his arms around the giver still sobbing.
