The woods...

Trust your instincts, not your friends

      Sam, karrie, and Haley were on spring break. They planned to spend the whole week together and hang out. There was a new community park, so that's where they decided they would meet each day in the afternoon.
      It was about 2:30 on a cool, spring afternoon. Karrie was the first one there, everyone else was late. Once Sam and Haley had arrived they ate a small snack and decided what to do. "Why don't we go explorw those woods over there," said Haley. The others turned and looked at each other. Was that a good idea.
       There were rumors of people being killed near there. But no one ever proved them true. Finally they all came to a decision to go, but for a short time. Sam especially was uneasy about this, but "hey," she thought , " maybe it will be way more fun that it seems."
    There were marked trails for people who wanted to walk through the woods. Karrie was noticing signs everywhere warning of dangers such as animals and fallen trees and holes. As the girls kept walking, they kept there eyes on the wildlife and scenery, never thinking that there would be someone lurking in the woods, waiting to get there next pray.
   An hour had passed. Their parents said they had to be home by 5. They had little service from being so far deep in the woods. "guys maybe we should to back now," said Sam. Karrie and Haley  agreed. But uh oh. They had wondered off the trail and it was no where in sight. What would they do now?
    Sam has a feeling something like this would happen. Now they were lost in the woods... No one else is around... It's slowly becoming dark... they can't find their way back... no service... they were doomed.
   They walked around for an hour looking for the trail. They decided to stop and rest. once more they walked on, until Haley discovered something lying behind a bush. She got closer. closer, closer, closer... it was a body... a young girls body. They stepped back in fear. Everything was getting worse. They took off and left the body there. Karrie had spotted the trail up ahead.
  Once back on the trail they were headed out to leave. There was a sudden crack behind them, like someone was walking. They turned around to see 4 men in black outfits with bags. They panicked and screamed. The guys surrounded them and managed to get the bags over there heads.
There was no way out now.
They would never see the light of day again...
