"I think Kris deserved it for always showing off that he's so tall," Dara said.

"Your little crush Chanyeol is just as tall!" I told her as she immediately blushed at the sound of his name.

"Well, maybe things failed with Kris, but I heard Kai likes you, how about him?" Minzy suggested.

"Kim Jongin?" Bom asked. Minzy nodded.

"He's cute, but I'm still on team Taeil!" Bom exclaimed, giving Dara a high-five.

"Anyone but him.. " I murmered. The bell rang.

"My class is downstairs, see you guys later!" Bom exclaimed, waving as the bracelets on her wrist made a clinking noise.

"Band class, you gotta love music!" Dara said with a wink as she left.

"World history, here I come.. I guess," Minzy sadly murmered, walking away.

I took a look at my schedule and saw what classroom I had to go to. I sighed and walked towards class.

"Name?" The teacher asked.

"Lee Chaerin."

"Alright, you sit in seat 18," she said, looking at her paper of the seating arrangement.

I walked into the classroom and saw a couple of familiar kids. Some kids I didn't know greeted me, and I nicely greeted back. When I found my seat, I saw a familiar face behind the seat, already working.

It was Taeil.

Yeah, I know we were going to have algebra together but why does he have to sit right behind me? He looked up at me and immediately smiled.

"Oh! You're going to sit in front of me? Great! Have a seat!" He exclaimed happily.

"I'd sit on the other side of the world if I could," I replied to him coldly, taking a seat.

"I'm glad you can't. I'd never want to be away from you," he said. I rolled my eyes. Seeing that he already had his journal out, I assumed we already had an assignment.

"Do we have something to do already?" I asked, trying to look at what he was doing on his journal. He quickly covered it up with his hands and closed it.

"No, no, this is something else," he replied. I looked at him like he was crazy and I turned back around to face the front. When the teacher walked in, she went to her desk.

"Good morning class! I hope you like where you're sitting, because that's your assigned seat for the rest of the year," she announced happily.

I sighed heavily and put my head down on the desk. This is already a pain to have Taeil sit behind me. Something I appreciate for sure is that he's such a nerd, he never talks during class.

While the teacher was giving the first lesson, I was so lost. There were so many numbers and letters together. So many formulas and lines. I usually understand something after a while it has been shown to me, so I decided not to worry much. When the bell rang, I felt relieved.

"Did you have any trouble understanding the lesson, CL?" Taeil asked.

"Don't call me by my nickname, and no," I replied in an annoyed tone, walking out of the classroom.

I felt a little guilty to respond like that to him, but he drives me crazy. I really can't stand him.

Taeil POV

Walking out of the classroom, I saw Kyung in the hallway.

"Kyung!" I hollered at him. He turned around and smiled.
