I press the Youtube button on my Smart TV. The app comes up instead of glitching to Netflix this time. Yes! I begin watching my favorite talk show Good Mythical Morning. It's a wonderful talk show. Suddenly, my phone rings. It's my friend Rebecca.
"Hello?" I ask into the phone
"Happy early birthday, Y/N! I have a surprise for you!"
I pause Good Mythical Morning and walk to Rebecca's house.
It's the day before my 33rd birthday. I can't wait to see what my friend Rebecca got me. I enter her house, hoping for some kind of concert ticket. I look at the wrapped present the presents me with. I open the gift.
It's tickets to see my favorite hip hop band Clppng perform! I scream and hug Rebecca tightly. She hugs back. I'm supposed to go to New York tomorrow to see them. I run home and get ready. I grab my T-Shirt with Daveed's face and the phrase "Daveed Diggs' hair gives me life" I put it on. I look adorable in it. I take it off and put it on the kitchen table. I finish watching my episode of Good Mythical Morning and go to bed. I can't wait for tomorrow!
