The First Day

               Hi. My name is Jocelyn and this is my story. It was the first day of school and I felt like shit. My hair was a mess, my outfit was mismatched, and I felt like I was literally about to throw up. My best friends Audrey and Gemma were waiting outside in their car, telling me to hurry my ass up. I rushed to grab my things, then I ran to the car yelling goodbye to my Dad and my ugly ass Stepmom. I threw my things in the car and jumped in the backseat. I was so excited to go to school because I had a huge crush on this guy named Kyle. He was a close friend of ours. Not many people thought he was cute or funny, but I understood him. I had liked him since the fourth grade and always dreamed of us being together. I kept praying that we would have at least one class together. 

       We arrived to the school and I rushed inside to grab my schedule as quick as I could. As I grabbed my schedule Kyle came over to grab his, so I took the chance to ask him what his schedule looked like. We had all of our core classes together! I ran as quick as I could into the girls bathroom before class started, or what I thought was the girls bathroom. I WAS IN THE BOYS BATHROOM. SHIT. As I tried to run out, I ran into one of the cutest guys I had ever seen in my entire life.

   Austin. All day he was the only thing I could think about. He was always on my mind. Why the hell does the universe do this to me? 

    BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. UGH. My fucking alarm. I got out of bed and ran to the bathroom to get a quick shower. RING. RING. RING. WHO THE FUCK IS CALLING ME AT 6 IN THE MORNING. When I picked up the phone I was excited to hear who was on the other line. Austin. That deep, raspy voice of his that always made me thirsty as hell. He asked me if I wanted to walk to school with him and of course I said yes. I rushed as quickly as I could to finish getting ready. Right when I walked downstairs there was a knock at the door. I squealed in excitement. When I opened the door I was surprised by who was standing there. Austin and his identical twin brother. AN IDENTICAL TWIN. HOLY SHIT. It was the best day of my life. Austin introduced me to him. Jase. 

    We arrived to school and me being so excited decided to run up the steps to the door, then fell straight on my face. Damn it. Of course. Jase and Austin walked me to my locker and went off to their homeroom. I turned around and behind me I saw a guy who was fucking hot as hell. I walked up with confidence and introduced myself. His name was Brennan. I know, not the cutest name, but that doesn't matter. When he started talking I couldn't stop staring into his eyes. Bright blue. They looked just like the ocean. His light brown hair was spiked up with gel. I wished he would just ask me out then and there, but that was only a dream. 

   About three days later I got a phone call. I picked up and Austin was on the other line. We talked for hours and hours. Finally I heard something I've wanted to hear for a while. He asked me out and of course I said yes. I started thinking and realized I may have made a huge mistake. Even though I like him, he wasn't the only one. I was really hoping Brennan would be the one, but Austin is a great guy as well. 

   Lately I've been thinking. Thinking if Austin is the right one. I feel like we're still friends not boyfriend and girlfriend. We haven't hugged, held hands, or even kissed. I'm not surprised. That's just the type of guy he is. His friends came up to me after my Dad dropped me off at school. They all stood in a line and took turns saying lines. Austin. Wants. To. Break. Up. When I heard those words I was heartbroken, but at the same time excited. Brennan was the first thing I thought of. I ran up to him in homeroom and asked him if he wanted to go out. I was worried what he was going to say. If he said no I would be heartbroken, but at the same time if he said yes, I would be worried that his friends wouldn't think I was good enough for him. I really liked him.
