The New Boy

- Katelyn POV -
"Katelyn! Kawaii~Chan! Come downstairs!" Aphmau said, standing at the window.
"Wha~" I say, rubbing sleep out of my eyes.
"Aphmau~Senpai! What is it?" Kawaii~Chan asks.
"We, have a new neighbor! Wanna go meet him? He's living with the guys." Aph says excitedly.
"Sure! Kawaii~Chan will go with Aphmau~Senpai!" KC says.
"I'll go I guess..." I say.
"Great! We can go after breakfast!" Aph said running to the kitchen.
"Good idea." I say.
"Kawaii~Chan can bring sweets for them!" She giggles.
"Awesome!"

---Time Skip to after breakfast---

"Thanks Aphmau!" I say.
"No problemo! Now go get dressed. We can't go visit in pjs now can we?" She says.
"Kay." And I get up and run upstairs.

I put on my regular outfit; brown shorts, beige and white shirt and black converse. I brush my hair and pull it into a ponytail. I sigh, "Time to brush the teeth!"

I walk downstairs and the girls are waiting for me. We walk across the street and that's when I see him. White hair that frames his face, emerald green eyes, lopsided smirk.
Oh Irene. This guy is cute.
"Hey ladies!" He says. "I'm Travis, and you are...?" He says.
"I'm Aphmau, This is Katelyn, and this is, Kawaii~Chan!" Aph says.
"Hi!" KC says. "Does Travis~Kun want some cookies?" She says holding out the plate.
"Uh, sure! I'd love some cookies!" He says, even his voice is cute! Travis takes some, and then his eyes meet mine.
"Hi Katelyn."
"Hi..." I say. Trying hard to not to look like I like him.
"Garroth! Laurence! Dante! What's up?" Aph says, making small talk.
"Well, we're helping Travis move in. You must remember him from high school? Right?" Dante says.
"Oh! I knew you looked familiar!" I say.
"Weren't we not alone buddies?" Aph asks.
"Yeah, we were!" He says.
"Oh! Gotta go, Nicole and I have a date tonight!" Dante says, walking by me.
I grab him by his collar.
"Touch her and your dead, got it?" I sat through gritted teeth, my other hand in a fist.
"Y-y-yes, ma'am!" He salutes and runs away.
"Hey! Garroth! Come help me move these boxes!" Laurence says.
"On it!" He says.
"I should help them... bye ladies! Bye Katelyn!" He winks at me. I roll my eyes and quickly walk away.

I run upstairs and into my room. Locking the door, I grab my diary and write about this encounter.
