You have to stop this, people are risking dog's lives. Some people are cruel enough to leave them in cages with no food or water, and the dogs starve to death. This has lead to many deaths to innocent creatures, this needs to stop now. Some are even puppies, people even leave puppies to die. Sometimes the puppies have no mom so they can't eat, and sometimes they do but the mom dies with no food or water. People even kill their dogs themselves, and throw them in cages outside. It is sad, for punishment they don't feed their dogs for weeks, months even. If your cruel like this, your basically killing a life, think of it you have a life and so do animals, why would kill an innocent soul.
