Cubed Chapter 7: Will We Make It

"Ugh, seriously you had to fight with Taurus and Aries, yet Virgo, Virgo, is the one person you decide to become friends with," she says annoyed.

"Um, yeah," I say and she rolls her eyes.

"You know he really likes you right? Why don't you like him?" I ask curiously.

"I don't trust him," she replies.

"It's a shame I think you'd look kinda cute together," I say smirking.

"Ugh, fuck off," she says before walking away.

Virgo's POV:

I went to follow Taurus to ask him about Cap but he just told me to get lost. I went back to Cap to find her talking with Scorpio. That girl! What's wrong with her. I start to listen in on their conversation.

"You know he really likes you right? Why don't you like him?" I hear Scorpio ask.

"I don't trust him," Capricorn replies then after his teasing she walks off and sits down, I follow and "sit down next to her. She looks a sees it's me then sigh.

"What do you want?" She asks annoyed.

"Look, I know you don't trust me I just want to know why?" I ask sincerely and she sighs again.

"You wanna know why answer me this, how do you know I don't trust you? Were you eavesdropping?" She asks leaving me speechless and I don't know what to say. She just scoffs and walks off to the others. She calls everyone together and then starts to talk to the voice.

"Voice, do we keep walking?" She asks loudly.

"No, Capricorn, I have decided to give you all a rest," the voice says and then the ground starts shaking again. I quickly run over to Capricorn to be near her in case she falls. The next thing we know there is a staircase in the middle of the path going down into it.

"Here is where you will stay tonight," the voice says and we all slowly head down the stairs. We somehow end up near a cabin in the woods.

Taurus's POV:
The Cabin wood is a bright orange, there's a fire pit out front, and a river not far to the right. We all walk into the cabin, after walking around a bit we meet in the entry with the fireplace and couches. Capricorn, Virgo and Aries stay standing but the rest of us sit down.

"We need to choose rooms so get into groups," Capricorn says.

"Um, Libra, Aquarius, wanna room with me?" Sagittarius asked

"Sure," Libra replied,

"As long as you don't mind my sleep talking," Aquarius said as they walked down the hall to pick a room.

"Taurus, wanna share with me and Virgo?" Scorpio asked.

"Um, sure," I say reluctantly. Capricorn gives me a worried look and I smile at her to reassure her I'll be all right.

"Okay, um, Gemini and I can share, is that alright with you?" She asks and Gemini nods happily Before standing up.

"Aries you can room with Pisces and Leo you with Cancer," She says and we all go find a room. I kinda wish Cancer was rooming with me but at the same time, I'm glad he's not. Scorpio, Virgo and I walk into our room to find a suitcase under every bed. In each suitcase, is a pair of Pyjamas, a new pair of clothes exactly the same as the ones we're wearing now, and a pair of swimming shorts.

"Swimming shorts?" Virgo asked confused.

"There was a river outside, maybe the voice means we can swim there," I say shrugging and get up to leave the room.

"I'm just gonna see what everyone else is up to," I say before closing the door. Really I just wanted to talk to Capri but if I said that in front of Virgo and Scorpio I think they'd get the wrong impression. I arrive at her room to see Gemini admiring her new Pyjamas.

"Where's Capricorn?" I ask confused.

"Oh! Sorry, I didn't see you there, I think she went to the Kitchen," Gemini says cheerfully, I thank her and she sends me off with a smile. I walk into the kitchen to see her looking through the cupboards.

"Capri, what are you doing?" I ask trying to start a conversation.

"I was just checking out the facilities," she says shutting the cupboard door and turning to me.

"What are you up to?" She asks.

"Nothing much, do you know why we're here?" I ask trying to put my curiosity to rest.

"*Sigh* I don't know I tried asking the voice when we arrived at the cabin, but she only seems to want to answer questions that suit her," Capricorn says sighing.

"That's annoying," I reply before buffing up the courage to ask Capri for some advice.

"There's something I need your help with you see......"
